Nice but needs more restrictions on who can book.

Updated and clean.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. There were call girls in the parking lot. A man came by with alcohol and let her up to the room with him. You could smell weed in the parking lot and in the hallway. Not cool for our child.

Great Hotel. Bad Location.

The property was clean and well maintained. The pool area and the bistro were nice.

The property is in a very bad part of town. People were walking the streets all day everyday that we were there. Did not feel safe going out alone. Even to the parking lot.

Doubt I will use Booking.com again due to the misrepresentation of "breakfast included".

Location

I selected the rate because "breakfast included" was noted by Booking.com. There was no warning this was only for 1 person. Booking.com knew I was booking for 2 people!

It was okay but the beds completely ruined it all.

Hotel was extremely clean and staff friendly.

I paid for rooms with breakfast and the staff told me I had to pay extra for breakfast. The bed was like an inch of foam on top of bricks! And giving an inch of foam is pushing it.

Average-seeing dog hair made me feel like it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Free breakfast and location. I’m also happy they had the air on when I arrived.

Cleanliness-my room had dog hair on the sofa, ottoman and in the shower.

The front entrance is beautiful, Customer Service at check in was Great. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a Great stay!

The property was nice but insufficient, the staff was inhospitable and did not consider our needs.

There was no elevator in my building and the staff refused to move me even when I called down and special requested. I was with my 70 year old mother, they were very rude.

Fully Renovated!

Hotel was off a main road with many dining and shopping options. It’s old but has been fully renovated. Was glad to see a clean shower, clean pool area and comfortable beds. The pool is heated and has salt water which my family enjoyed. Staff was very friendly and rooms were quiet. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and they also offer a small breakfast menu. Parking is included within the price per night.

The only con is there is no elevator within the building but the stairs to the second floor are easy to climb. It would be nice to have a separate section for smokers as they were in front of the doors and near the pool area.

beware that if you have an option to add breakfast to your room you are only adding one no matter how many guests. no option given to add more than one. the price for a breakfast is very high - they more than make up for the free one with the additional you have to buy unless you are traveling solo!

I asked the maid to leave us clean towels and we didn’t get enough for the number of people.

This hotel made my room at night miserable when it cut off the ac. I was not expecting to have to carry my stuff upstairs. A elevator would have been nice. I would not stay there again.

Property was sprawled out and long walk to my room. There is no elevator and no one to help you carry your luggage up the stairs.

$3.75 for a cup of coffee?

Put me in handicap room; ok except bathroom facilities. Only morning coffee was to purchase $3.75! Most places provide a large urn of coffee complimentary. No free breakfast unlike most places. Carpet in room damp from cleaning.
