many roaches all over room, room has musty odor, buildings not secure bc doors always propped open then charge $100 deposit for what

Staff is awful 😞 rude af! Kelly called the cops on me after she yelled at me & told me to stfu. Let’s just say praise the Lord I had my mood booster with me that morning! Very unorganized unprofessional employees not trained properly and no communication.

It was a place to sleep and nothing more

We didn't get breakfast even on mother's day,.

The bathroom towel rack was lying broken on the sink. The furniture was scuffed upa d ratty looking. Oneof the hallway lights was strobing pretty badly. A chair in the lobby had a sharp edge and cut my daughter's arm.

They could do much better if they put some money into the place

The cost

That one of the 2 rooms had no AC, and they could not do anything about it. The rooms are so outdated. We had rooms 116 and room 232. Room 116: The people upstairs, we heard everything they were doing right above us. No breakfast. If they put some money back into the place it would be a very nice place to stay.

My family an I will NEVER stay here again.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IT WAS DISGUSTING AN THE STAFF AN OWNER OR MANAGER WHOEVER WAS SO RUDE.

LITERALLY EVERYTHING!! NO LOCKS ON THE DOORS TV WAS BROKE FLOORS WAS NASTY IT WAS JUST SO TRASHY

My stay was horrible,

First of the doors to the buildings suppose to lock and be secure but they don’t lock, my first room had dog hair all over the sofa an smelled like dog, the heat didn’t work, so they changed my room the next room had roaches, and mold in the bathroom, an the fire alarm went off every night for no reason

Amazing. Even though they were short staffed for the Holidays. the front desk guy was so nice and helpful.

super clean. Everything was nice and working. I’ll definitely stay here again.
