Staff were exceptional
Neighborhood did not feel very safe. There seemed to be a lot of homeless people nearby.
3.9
Clean and bright
Homeless camp right outside of the hotel doors.

great location. nice dark rooms, easy to sleep in. convenient parking
a microwave in the room would have been nice. the bathroom sink was a little tiny to hold toilet trees

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as expected.
Nothing.

While the facility was under construction and there were some moths in the rooms, the service and general friendliness of the staff made for an exceptional experience in spite of it all! What GREAT people
With the construction & the moths it was a little cumbersome.

the bed where comfortable
the fact that there is no microwave, alway had moths in the room.

The property, staff and location great.
Fist Dislike: While this is not really the fault of the hotel, but rather the fault of the city people should be aware that the closed road at the underpass is a homeless tent city. Full of garbage and shady people. Probably saw at least 5 drug deals from our balcony and people out there all night and day. Again the hotel has no control over this but because of the view of drug deals and homeless people where no public officials are checking can be an issue for those renting a room. The hotel did have a rent a cop walk the perimeter on a routine basis it is just to make sure those living in the tent city haven’t hopped the fence between the road and hotel property. We literally had to park about 3 ft from the fence and smell crack pipes burning and avoid unruly people almost every time we came to the property.
Second Dislike: No hot tub even though it is pictured. (bait and switched) They have turned the hot tub area into a fitness center and the pool no longer has that atrium view and has been walled in. I see under spa services it now says fitness center but it used to say hot tub and the photos are not updated to show what the pool looks like now and no hot tub. Quite disappointing as it was a big reason we rented here.

Very friendly staff! May have been short handed but the customer service was fantastic. Very cute and comfortable rooms. Loved the outside doors in the rooms! I wish they mentioned that the pool was closed because that was part of why I picked this place but I still enjoyed the stay!
I just wish there was a way for them to post on site that their indoor pool was closed.

Clean, up to date and nice rooms! Nice large TV, quiet, nice shower. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable even when having to work New Years Eve and Day!
Disappointed the bar and hot breakfast wasn't open. We did receive a refund for breakfast since we paid for it. Beds were decent but a little firmer than I like. Location is a little tough to get to.

The location was great to get around from and the cleanliness and the staff. Especially Courtney who was checking us in and doubling up as a barista making us delicious coffees!

The hallway had new carpet and the rooms looked nice. I enjoyed having a small balcony too step out and hear the cities night sounds.
I was supposed to have 2 king rooms both with a pull out couch for additional sleeping. When I first arrived they didn't even have me confirmed for 2 rooms so they at last minute gave me the additional room but it was down the hallway from my room and I was not made aware before booking that most of the hotel was under construction and had no pool at all it was never even explained to me until after my money had been paid and my children were exhausted and just ready to be out of a car. Once getting up to the room it became instantly noticable that neither room was as advertised the room is nowhere near big enough to accommodate our group and neither room had a couch with pull out bed. On top of that the beds which were advertised as king sized beds is a complete lie I have no idea where they purchased their bed sets from but their "king" is the exact same size as the queen mattress we have at home the road to get to the hotel is extremely confusing and not well marked at all if you aren't paying attention you will easily miss it and then spend the next 30 minutes in Denver traffic trying to circle back to it. Other than the construction going on which didn't bother me too much the whole area is swarming with homeless people and the local Facebook page is non stop talking about break ins and theft overall it was an extremely disappointing stay and if it weren't for the fact that I had already spent 10 hours straight on the road driving I would never ever choose to stay at this hotel again it was the worst experience I have had in a long time I would say that the only saving grace is how close the location is to the attractions we wanted to take our children too see but I can't even give them that credit because their are a numerous amount of hotels in the same area that aren't under construction and in better to find locations

Beautiful and roomy room, nice furniture. Good bed.

Great location and value, nice patio, clean pool.
Front desk was unwilling to check us in around 12 even though we had a 1 o'clock reservation we had to get to. We ended up having to cancel the reservation to wait around until almost 2 to check in. But their check in policy was 3 so I guess I can't be too upset.

Nice room with courtyard location and everything clean and very quiet. Didn't use the breakfast, but there is a small cafe downstairs in the hotel with various offers. The hotel is a short 20-minute walk from the nearest train line, which takes 15 minutes to downtown or 30 minutes to the airport. Walmart and several other shopping stores within walking distance.
In the evening/at night I recommend to use Uber or something similar, because it is a bit scary in the area and there are all kinds of homeless people in the neighborhood. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Great, friendly, helpful staff.
I wasn't able to figure out how to open the door to the courtyard.
