The facilities were amazing and very extravagant!
The place is very family-oriented would have been nice to know ahead of time. Can get noisy and crowded. The price feels high for the quality.

Beautiful. Even though it was large everything was easily accessible. Our room was beautiful, kitchen was wonderful, very quiet. Maid service, valet were very courteous, helpful.
Pool work in the morning was a bit noisy, however we were told about it prior to arrival. Went to the timeshare presentation-had a bad experience with Jackie. She made us feel foolish about what we had spent for our stay. Hard to forget her words and how she made us feel.

The suite was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of cookware, serving plates and utensils. The washer dryer was very convenient. The hotel provided detergent and dishwashing soap, etc. - all the amenities. Staff always had a smile on their face. The beach was very tranquil. The landscaping was beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
Nothing. It was fantastic!

location, accessibility to other places including stores.
housekeeping - from the first day I saw a melted soap in the bath rack. It was not cleaned until a day before my departure. There was no body wash bottle on the wall that was supposed to be next to the shampoo and conditioner. It was added again a day before the departure. My understanding was that one housekeeper was actually doing their job and taking care of the room. Only in that one day I would say I got the service that would be normal for a hotel service after paying so much money for a day.
I basically got a soap bar on my own to use for bath.
I did not even bother to tell the management about it because if it was done properly these issues for cleanness and care would not have been there in the first place.
When they provided a soap bar for washing hands it was only twice during my 7 day stay. In my practice hotels replaced it daily other than waiting for the melted small bar to dissolve until the very last drop in your hands.
Other than this the rest was good. I don’t want to put a bad impression for the rest. Vilas are well set and comfortable.

The physical facilities were nice, but I did not receive the reservation I booked.
When my family and I showed up at the facility, they indicted they had no information on my reservation even though it was confirmed by Booking.com and I showed them the confirmation number and information. On the first evening they put us in a smaller room than we reserved. On the next day they indicated that they had located a room that matched my reservation (2 bedroom villa) and we moved into it. My original reservation was from 22 Dec to 29 Dec. I contacted Booking and they indicated that they had confirmed my reservation with Marriott Ko Olina. On the evening of 26 Dec, the hotel indicted that I would have to move out on 27 Dec (2 days earlier than planned) as they did not have a room for me. Fortunately we were able to find accommodations at another hotel. I am disappointed with both the hotel and Booking.com.

there is nothing bad to say about this place. from the staff to the clean rooms to the views, it’s a magical place. Jamy at Nais bar makes the best drinks we had our entire trip and we had plenty. we will 100% be back and hopefully enjoy it just like this time.

nice premises, great atmosphere!
pricey - even the simple things like water in the supermarket
4.2
The expense of meals; the menu's left no option for simple meals. The high costs for valet and extra costs for umbrellas.
4.2
the pool area was amazing
Nothing really, maybe just Starbucks not being a “real Starbucks” & not accepting the Starbucks app
4.2
Perfect location, fantastic surroundings including privatebeach, great layout of hotel premises,
A bit old facilities, some housekeeping staff are not very kind

A great location and excellent facilities. It was a perfect place to have a holiday with my wife, daughter, son in law and 4 year old grandson and 10 year old grand daughter
The on site restaurants were also very good and the beach lagoons and pools were excellent.
nothing , all good
4.2
far from crowded noisy Waikiki. beautiful resort, lots of activities for families if you like that sort of thing
too much promotional info about property sales, outrageous additional fees for parking
4.2
The property itself and the staff are fantastic. The property is right on the lagoon and is perfect for swimming safely with kids. The grounds are well maintained and gorgeous. The 1 bedroom villa we had was spacious and well appointed. Our two kids under 10 slept comfortably on the pull-out couch. Also, they offer many activities on the grounds and have multiple pools and hot tubs.
I wished they had offered breakfast options. Unless you want to go to the market and get a Starbuck's breakfast (to go) or make a reservation for the fancier restaurant's buffet, there is not a breakfast option. There is no room service nor a typical breakfast option. Also, our room's key card reader didn't have a battery so we had to wait after a VERY long day of travel for their staff to come and fix it before we could enter our room.

Location was good, hotel is beautiful
Our one bedroom villa with garden view was located at the very far end of the hotel on 1st floor looking at parking lot!
4.2
amazing staff and great amenities. good food and drinks. comfortable room
I paid for a “Mountain View” but we had a view of the parking garage
4.2
Quiet area away from Honolulu. Beautiful resort with private beaches. Restaurants on site are nice and plenty others across the street. Easy access to island and airport.
Could use updating and another sit down restaurant and bar. Nice place but over-priced

Loved the room and the facilities. The servers working the beach were fantastic as well.
By and large thought the check in staff was a bit cold. Concierge wasn't helpful or interested to the point of being rude

Location of the Marriott KoOlina cannot be better in all of Hawaii; secluded area in the sunny side of Oahu yet within driving distance from Honolulu for shopping and dining
Hard to say; everything was honestly great!

The IMMEDIATE AND EFFICIENT welcome made by the valets🙂 As well as, the service I received at the front desk🙂
