This is a decent..clean…bug free motel …. Price is affordable…it’s no TAJ MAHAL ….but it’s a nice place if you want affo

Staff was nice….property very close to everything…if you are looking for a decent place on a budget this is it….i didn’t see any bugs and basically a clean place…it is outdated…but the price was right…pool was nice…their free breakfast buffet was ok….juice from the machine was definitely watered down

Very good

Large bed, coffee-maker in the room, clean pool is on the property, breakfast is included. Friendly staff, it was easy to solve any issues or questions.

Definitely, in the nearest future a part of the property would need some renovation, same as area around buildings would need some cleaning. BUT, staff is doing utmost to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.

Breakfast was OK. Desk staff very friendly!

Small trickle of water from sink. No stopper in tub; fixture was pulled out and hanging from tub. At least 1” gap under door to outside. Steps and walkways full of litter and debris. Charged $150 per night when internet had $85 per night.

Stressful stay. Awful!

Last minute.

Shockingly filthy. Terrible disrepair, and simply not habitable. Broken, inoperable blinds required use of hangers for privacy from pedestrian & veh. traffic. Stained carpet. Clogged sink. Hot water only! No cold water. Staff was just fine, but they shouldn't have sold this room. Absolutely Not habitable.

Clean room for a decent value

Right off 41 very convenient to our destination. Parking just outside the room.

Ok, so the toilet in the room is round but, the seat they have on it is oblong. Quite a challenge to use. Gutters leaked right outside our room so the area was always wet. Breakfast room was nothing to speak of.

A good place to sleep if close to Sarasota Memorial Hospital is a main stopping point

Like a motel, parking was right outside of the door. Staff seemed happy to be there. Plenty of ice in the outdoor machine once it was located. Lobby staff seemed to space visitors out so there was a minimum of outside noise. Very good coffee in the breakfast area.

Door was open after I checked in, except leaves and paper blew into the room. One morning of no hot water in the bath/shower. The box a/c unit was effective (fairly new LG brand) but loud. ‘Upgraded’ breakfast bar but fruit was scarce except for bananas.

Superb

The location was great. The day shift staff were very friendly.

No vending machine. My husband has diabetes and his sugar went low. Didn't pack snacks so I went looking for a vending machine. Had to go into the office and thank goodness I found some sugar stuff for him. But the lady at the front desk didn't seem interested in me bothering her watching her videos. She was short with talking and I told her to have a good night and she responded in a low tone yah. No smile, no greeting, no have a good night too or thank you.

Room was dirty. Paint was pilling off the wall. Only 1 set of towels, no shampoo, had to make 2nd trip to office. Breakfast was almost non existent. Not the same quality as other motels under the same name.

the staff made the property. super charming and sweet front desk service.

There are roaches. ugh, and the carpet is wet, too much humidity. there was no vending services.

The price but that wasn't even good considering how bad the property was.

Asked for handicap room, was told "they all are handicap rooms". For to the room and there were no grab pokes in the tub. The TV in both rooms we were in lost picture. The shower in 1st room (rm 127) was not working. The water was coming out of the shower head and the faucet. The property was rundown. There was a person living in the handicap room (rm 101). There was a truck that was on lifts in the parking lot. On the day of check out we saw a women that may or may not have been a prostitute. There were seedy looking men around the property the whole time we were there

Breakfast every morning was great and the staff was amazing

There was leaks in the main office,the AC in my room was very loud,toliet seat was broken and rooms weren't even cleaned when I called front desk and asked. Hotel needs to be updated bad. Everything seems very old and outdated.

My stay was great

Breakfast was good on Saturday and Sunday the girl was great she clipped place clean she kept everything stocked up but then when it came to Monday and Tuesday Monday especially wasn't clean ran out of stuff there was no eggs no sausage and they're definitely was no decaf in any coffee so Tuesday I told them I told the manager that night Monday night then Tuesday she was cleaning and that the different girl for Monday and Tuesday and no decaffeinated coffee again so I was very upset with that and the eggs I did not like whatsoever they weren't like they were on Saturday and Sunday they were scrambled and they did not taste good but I did let them manager know in the morning other than that my stay was good

Have have decaffeinated coffee Saturday and Sunday was good Monday no the girl didn't keep up with stocking things or anything everything was running out and no eggs and no sausage as far as Tuesday that was fine except still no decaffeinated coffee
