Beautiful facility staff was extremely accommodating from the valet, kitchen staff and front desk. Nice and safe area with lots of restaurants and shopping. My dog was sick from traveling and the kitchen staff cooked rice and chicken for him.
No complaints I had a great experience and will always stay here while visiting Denver.

The staff didnt want me check me in, and offered another hotel due to some BS 'emergency'. After I pointed out the they are checking in others in and insisted in admitting me, they gave me a room. I would never stay there again.
3.0
Spacious room and bathroom. Very local buch of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Good food at restaurant on site.
No pool or ice machine. Room was very unclean given this is a luxury hotel I expected higher quality. They gave me in hotel credit for the inconvenience. 50 dollar parking a day.
3.5
location, facilities in public areas, proximity of in-house restaurant, check-in process and staff very customer focused and friendly
housekeeping inconsistent, in room dining slow with quality issues, bed and pillows uncomfortable

Great service. Wonderful atmosphere!
Valet was pricey.

Great location very nice rooms.

Absolutely nothing.
I attempted to contact the hotel three separate times to try to either cancel my reservation or change to a later date (I suffered a death in the family and had to change my travel plans). No one at the Hotel Clio ever responded to my various requests, and I was charged the full amount of the reservation. Horrible customer service and support.

Valet Parking is very slow. no way to call the desk and ask for car. Very stressed Valet Employees.

It was good. Not great.
It seemed very expensive for what we ordered.
The steel cut oats were a little too watery. They should be a bit denser. That’s the beauty of steel cut oats.
4.5
main lobby and restaurant and bar was beautifully decorated.
elevator seemed old and slow.

The hotel was renovated last spring. the renovation was very nice. (Lobby, restaurant, public areas, bar, etc)
This is supposed to be a luxury hotel but yet it lacked the trappings of a luxury hotel. The clio was no nicer than the previous JW Marriott. That hotel was super nice and a great value. Given the opportunity, I can tell you what was missing.
1.5
The hotel is in a quiet area of Denver with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel allows pets into all rooms and says they "deep clean" after. I had a severe allergic reaction and had to move rooms.
They also failed to put me in the mountain view room I reserved and I had to call reception to fix a number of other small bits and pieces. I've never called to fix issues so many times and I was only there 4 nights!

Did not eat at facility
Hair found on bathroom floor and 1 on bes
3.0
location, friendly staff, bar and restaurant on premises.
Services in our room were spotty: no refresh of the tea and cream during our 3 day stay.
The top sheet on the bed was not pulled up sufficiently to fully cover over the top of the duvet.
No sheers on the windows is problematic as the sun is so bright in Denver.
We were unable to access the 3rd floor deck the last evening and were told someone else had broken the door the day before, so it was locked off. But no cigars were allowed in the outside area beside the restaurant either.
4.0
Well appointed bedroom and bathroom. Nice lobby and bar area.
The window blind in 1120 didn’t work. “Terrace view” is a generous description.
4.5
location is great. I dont need all the extra "collection" stuff like a ceviche tasting or whatever.... I liked it when it was a JW Marriott.
windows do not open

new renovation is stunning! love the vibe and love the restaurant as well-
although it would be great to have one open all day.
4.5
Very friendly staff, very nice hotel, 1 block away from the mall and steps away from restaurants and shops
The construction work has being going on for 2 years! It is ridiculous and very noisy.

Restaurant was amazing, great food not pricy at all, and though the hotel was under some remodeling while we stayed there, still managed to make it an excellent experience, rooms are spacious ande very comfortable. Check in and checkout were super quick and easy.
A little noise from the remodeling during breakfast, but nothing to be really bothered by.
