Pool and breakfast area were nice
Dirty room - outdated, room smelled musty. Pets allowed, my fault, should’ve checked first. Very expensive for dirty room.

Location
Did not have a restaurant or a small diner that you can order from. It just had frozen meals with microwaves. The room was basic for the price. The hotel requires $100 deposit in top of the price, it charges for parking and the staff was just ok

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and as a solo female traveler, they were very kind and did a few things to make me feel safe, such as not telling me my room number out loud but rather showing me on paper. Very comfortable bed too.
The shampoo in the shower left my hair feeling greasy and unclean, and the drain stopper was difficult to keep open so the tub filled up with dirty water while I was using the shower, which really grossed me out.

The location has easy access to attractions, shopping and transportation. You're on and off the highway in less than 3 minutes. Shopping is superb, and you can expect to find whatever you need. The area is secure and well lit. Cleanliness is A+.
While the hotel has individual bars of hand soap, it would be nice to have individual shower products like body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Free fresh brewed coffee would be welcome in the mornings.

The lady in the breakfast dining room is very nice. The location is good.
The price.

Location was pretty decent. Lots of shopping and dining options.
$5 per night parking fee why is this necessary? The Lobby doors slam upon entry. The Room was hot/humid upon entry and took quite a while to become tolerable. The bathroom was dirty and I found someone else’s eyelash strip stuck to the phone.

Had a pool
I didn’t realize until I woke up in the morning that the sheets I had slept in all night had not been changed before our stay. (I was exhausted after waking around Salem all day and just got in bed and fell asleep.) When I woke up in the morning and pulled the sheets all the way back, I found a disgusting stain on both sheets and the mattress pad. It looked like someone or their pet had diarrhea in the bed and the sheets were not removed/cleaned. The hotel did refund us for our stay in that room. The other room we booked smelled terrible, like musty or urine. Or both. We also had to ask for sheets/blanket/pillow for the sofa bed as these were not provided or left in the room for us.

The room was clean & nice, very quiet. Mall right across the hotel if you need groceries or fancy shopping on a rainy day.
Smoke detector is almost right above the bed and see blinking light during the night, Breakfast restaurant closing at 9:00AM during the week is a bit early for someone on vacation... TV could be updated, no access to Netflix or other streaming apps.

Because we had booked through you we did not get the free breakfast. Which was fine. This was a trip to my hometown and it was centrally located and we frankly spent more time out than in,
This location used to be a Marriott and that's why I booked the room there. However, the furniture was worn and dirty and the entire facility smelled from the moment you walked in. We cut our visit to Danvers and the Northshore short and checked out a day early because of those issues.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Good comfort and big size rooms.
When we’ve checked in we’ve recieved two breakfast cards. One card for two people (2x2). The next morning, we wanted to get some breakfast, and it was denied, because it was only possible to redeem one card per room. Just anoying, because we paid for 4. After a quick discussion, we recieved all 4 our breakfast.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Bed was very uncomfortable. Facility had problems with the fire alarm system the first night and we had to evacuate several times.

Pool was not open or the entire pool area that has chairs and fire pit area was not open It was mid June and the front desk said it was not open for the season yet. . Being it was 2 weeks after Memorial Day weekend it should have been open. Front desk staff were not pleasant and actually rude at times when questioned when the pool would open. We stayed here 29 years ago on Memorial Day weekend for our pre wedding and our wedding party took pictures around the pool. It was disappointing it was closed and again front desk could face cared less

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a good location.
The check-in staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the $5 compulsory extra charge for parking seems like a ripoff, as no one took any of our vehicle details, and there was plenty of vacant space around the hotel.

Easy access
Gym was closed, pool was closed, paid breakfast. Area near commuters vents were dirty, computers had not Ben updated

Good location and the room was comfortable
TV was in weird location and the pool was not open

It definitely looked like it was outdated and the pool was closed the entire time we were there which is one of the reason we booked the hotel to begin with. There was also ALOT of dog barking throughout the night that kept us awake.

The hotel was quite nice. There was no breakfast included . The rooms were clean and comfortable.
We didn't like the fact that they charged for every little thing. If you bought toast for breakfast you paid extra for the butter or jam.

Comfortable beds good sized room.
After booking and arrival got a notice they charge $5 per night for parking. The only way out of the charge was to sign up for their member club. Also only provides housekeeping if you stay more than 3 nights which is ridiculous. Maybe at a motel 6 or econolodge, but not a $250 / night hotel.

I liked the couch in the room. it was convenient.
The bed was very hard. For the price paid breakfast should be included. The water bottles for $2 in the room is a petty way to make money.

very clean! great staff
4.0 / 5.0
I like the convenience of the location while traveling (quick 24 hour shopping access, easy drive to highway, close to Salem attractions) and the staff here is always helpful and kind
There can be improvement in terms of bug prevention (black ants) and sanitizing all bathroom surfaces. Otherwise I have always stayed in a comfortable room
