Our dog was happy!

Very dog-friendly. Plenty of grass area to walk our dog around the building, poop bags and a trash can for dog waste, welcome treat for dogs, etc. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Little loud, maybe because we were close to the stairs and back exit.

Pour commencer, l'accueil était très froide , aucun sourire de la part de la receptionniste. Plusieurs personnes se trouvais dans le stationnement a nimporte quel heure en buvant de l'alcool. Porte défoncé, mur en carton , non respect du bruit tres tot le matin par le personnel de chambre (6:30) , manque de serviette dans la chambre et meme en le demandant nous n'avons pas recu nos serviettes(1 serviette pour 2 personnes pour 3 jours). Le plafond étais tres mal insonnorisé, on pouvait suivre la personne qui marchait au dessus. Pire hotel !

Just okay

The bed was very comfortable. The location was good, and I felt safe.

The elevators were out of service and had to climb 3 floors with a sprained ankle dragging our luggage. It said a breakfast was included. There was no breakfast at all. The bathroom was filthy. Also you have to pay for parking that was not mentioned in booking.

Bien que l’environnement de l’hôtel est sans intérêt, il est sécuritaire et il est possible de rejoindre le centre de Lowell rapidement. La chambre était propre. Le stationnement est grand.

Accueil très ordinaire. Pas vraiment d’offre pour le petit-déjeuner. Ascenseur défectueux à l’arrivée le dimanche et toujours pas réparé le mercredi. Petit sac de chips à 5$ (du vol). Parking de l’hôtel payant (!?) à 5$/nuit. La chambre était faite seulement à la fin du séjour. Il a fallu demander de nouvelles serviettes et du savon

Convenient to an early morning meeting versus getting up predawn and driving two hours.

Location was perfect. Staff friendly. East and well lit parking. Requiring me to write to some minimum character count is a reall pain in my backside though.

Dining area under construction. Hallways smelled a tad musty. Thought there was a complimentary breakfast included that ended up pay a la carte. Not at least having coffee and cereal or bagels seemed below Sonesta standards to me. Ultimately, not a full deal breaker. But it will conpel me to shop around options in area versus just keeping you top of mind.

Accueil très froid et expéditif. 3 serviettes et une savonnette pour 4. Et cerise sur le gâteau, 2 petits déjeuners compris alors que la chambre est réservée pour 4....... Personnel désagréable !

Pleasant stay we will return if in the location

I liked the location with lots of green space surrounding the hotel.

The facility need more trash containers outside the hotel. I saw lots of trash just on the ground. This was sad for such a beautiful location.

Do not stay at Sonesta!

I liked that it was pretty local and close to my parents.

Not my typical hotel and I've been to many but by far Sonesta was the worst of my experience. The sheets and blanket on my bed were dirty. Seems like it was never changed from previous guests. I went to tell the front desk clerk and she didn't apologize or anything for tje inconvenience but instead just gave me blankets. Also you have to pay for parking which is ridiculous. Nowhere on booking.com nor Sonestas website does it say we have to pay smh but instead it says there's free parking so I'm very confused. Overall my experience sucks. I'm very disappointed. First time booking with booking.com and first time being at Sonesta both were horrible experience especially having to pay 200 to sleep on a bed where someone else slept on before you is pretty disgusting. The pool looks very nice but it's temporarily closed and it has been for months now.

I will never book here again. The only good, is your next door to a cannibis dispensary if you’re a smoker.

I liked the cleanliness of the property. Although, housekeeping was per request.

The water pressure for the shower was low. The tv kept cutting off so we couldn’t watch tv. The pool was under renovations so no swimming. The Starbucks and “restaurant “ was only open 7:30a-10a. The a/c in the room kept cutting of so I sweated all night plus the hallways were hot.

Bed was very comfortable

Some of the staff were not very friendly. Only one gentleman seemed to be customer service oriented, ( was NOT Eric or Sebastian) Human Snacks in lobby had no prices felt like I was over charged, no receipt for purchases or the hotel room. Generally when I stay at hotels I receive a summary at the end of the stay slipped under the door. Property itself was kept up and was clean.

Pretty Good stay in Junior Suite

Location is pretty good with Lowell Connector, Rte 495 only up the road. Junior Suite was a nice setup and had plenty of room.

Property does sit next to a dispensary which depending on your view is bad or not. Lobby and elevator carpets need replacing as they are starting to show wear
