Good, clean & comfortable stay

The layout of the room was gorgeous, clean and inviting! The room and facilities were spotless, and the shower was simply divine. The location was ideal, and close to several restaurants, including Don's Seafood & Starbucks. The front desk staff members were friendly and accommodating and greeted us everytime we entered. All around an enjoyable stay.

The bed was a bit disappointing, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Prices at the bistro are a little steep for the selection available, but it is convenient in a pinch.

The hot tub is out of order AGAIN!!

Very happy with hotel and staff

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I would like to highlight Christel and Dody at the front desk. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I loved the facilities. The grounds were beautifully maintained, rooms were very clean, pool and jacuzzi, and washer and dryer. I am happy with the Marriot hotel and will be staying again. Thank you.

Clean and quite most of the time.

Away from the busy street and plenty of parking. Room was very clean.

The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the toilet wasn’t secured to the floor. Mike of the garbages had bags in them. I was in the second floor and there was a large amount of noise from the room above that kept waking me up.

It was okay.

I added an extra night through booking.com, but they locked me out of my room and called me in a hostile manner like I had not paid. Once I got to the location, they let me walk upstairs with my food, knowing the door keys had been canceled even though the room was prepaid through booking.com. Not very helpful staff

Clean, good location, need to review the price per night.

The property was clean, the staff very friendly, the room I got was a good size the bed and sofa bed were very comfy. All I needed.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. But would've liked it more had the interruptions had not occurred.

The food at the Bistro was very good 👍 Having a Starbucks was an added bonus 😋

Being interrupted for the carpet cleaning, wherein the carpet remained wet/damp for nearly two days. Additionally, the AC unit was taken apart and cleaned while we were in the room - very inconvenient!

I was there for 2 weeks for a private course of engraving jewelry

I really liked everything but most of all the whole staff, starting from the manager, Mrs. Evans but the top of her team are certainly Mrs. Christelle and Tiffany of the reception and Miss Tad from the bar/Bistrot. The whole staff was great but I did not catch the names of the other two young women whom were extremely nice as well. Thank you Regards Riccardo Florence Italy

Overall we had a great experience. It was very relaxing. The floors though, make sure the pictures are a full representa

the property was clean and fresh. the staff were very friendly and very thorough about how all the amenities worked. For example, our room came with breakfast at the bistro, I wasn't aware that when booking the room it counted 2 adults and 2 children when we only had one. the staff at the bistro made us aware of that. Snack shop was reasonably priced! Beds were so comfortable

The yellow floors in the bathroom was a little turn off! That might be picky but Lol I work in healthcare and have seen my share of yellow square tile flooring and it was a turn off. Not what I expected in a Marriot Hotel. It was a misrepresentation of what the restrooms actually looked like. Everything else is updated except for the bathroom. housekeeping didn't vacuum the floors when they came to clean. The pool area was nice but most of the guest were not given instructions on how to get of the pool area by pressing a red button. My husband discovered it and had to tell everyone who tried to get out what to do. just need a bigger sign. Also in the pool area was what looked like a lift machine for the disabled that was never placed back in its proper place. One areas in hotels that I've noticed is an area that's not checked for cleanliness is the window curtains. There were food stains on the curtains.

The staff was awesome and did everything they could to accommodate us.Great customer service.

There were only 2 elevators in the hotel. The way the building is made you can only access certain rooms depending on which elevator you take which is a problem if one breaks down. And that is exactly what happened. We had to climb 8flight of stairs to get to our room on the 4th floor. My 84 year old mother in law who is wheelchair bound was traveling with us and we had to physically carry her down the stairs to get her out of the hotel. It was a horrible experience and a dangerous one health wise for her. We needed our stay early only because of the elevator issue. The staff was great and did their best to fix the elevator issue but it was to o risky for us to stay.

We stay with Marriott once or twice a month with our work I was reserved and ready for my room

We didn't get to stay when we got there our reservation was booked 6 times over so we had to go to the comfort inn this was very frustrating and we were left with no options

Don't over book !!!!!!!!

The desk staff, especially Ms. Rhonda, were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating to us wary travelers.

The only "complaint" i have is that the mattress was a little too firm for my liking. So, if that's okay with your back, I'd give this place a 10.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed and furniture were new. Bathroom was clean and new as well. I was very pleased with my stay and it exceeded my expectations.

It was a great experience. There was nothing I didn’t like.
