It's fine.

Great staff, nice location. The room was clean and stylish.

The poor staff! In the morning, I went down to get the "breakfast" and the desk clerk was juggling check out. She had to go heat up the food for me and get my coffee, on the other side of the room. She did it all with a smile and grace. But, wow, that's not great.

Affordable option in San Ramon

Great hotel! Spacious room, modern, clean. Stayed here for a wedding because it was the least expensive option in town. It worked out well.

Convenient location close to our family in Danville….Near to the freeway so if you need perfect quiet this might not be your spot….

The room was nice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

No hot tub, the gym is very minimal, and there was only a sandwich and like a banana you could buy for breakfast.

Exceptional Location

Exceptional location to both family member's homes. Very good condition hotel. I know it's something small but the room keys always worked well everywhere.

Little bit of trash left in both cans when I arrived. Half the time, the 2nd floor vending area trash cans were full, plus extra bags of trash sitting around. Balcony was dirty.

Great quick stopover, convenient layout for traveling with dogs

Great spot if you’re traveling with dogs. Rooms 102, 104, 106, and 108 on the ground floor have a patio that opens directly onto a (shared) grassy area by the pool and close to the parking lot. Very convenient for relieving dogs.

Fresh and old blood stains on bedsheets and blankets. Rotting moldy smelly room, and ice bucket also had a lot of mold and liquid in it (horrible smell).

Our stay at Sonesta Select was good but not great enough to seek out again.

The location and overall facility was great. The room, though a bit small had the potential to beet all of our needs. The overall concept was just what we were looking for-a boutique hotel that was a step up from your standard convenience/functional accommodation.

We never received housekeeping services nor were we told that this wasn’t something we should expect. If housekeeping services were not part of the deal then the rooms should be equipped with such basic things as extra toilet paper, sheets and blankets for the advertised sofa bed, etc. Guests should not have to go seeking them out. It was disappointing to not have fresh towels, toilet paper when needed, or the amenities offered in the advertised sofa bed.

The room was very nice. The desk service folks were super friendly and very helpful. The overall hotel was very nice. I would stay there again. The location of the hotel was down the street from two malls.

We wish there was a microwave in room, ice maker on our floor was out of service. Had to ask for fresh towels each day. Other than that, our stay was great for the price.

Front desk

Never could sleep could hear freeway cars. Bed gave me back n body pains, too soft. Floor filthy, especially under and beside bed. Yuk!
