It was OK. It served the purpose I needed it for. I would not stay there again, however.

You asked "How was breakfast"? I have no idea. Breakfast was not included in my stay. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that did NOT include a free breakfast. I was so disappointed. And hungry. :( However, staff was very nice!

See above. Also, I was told there was a "patio" outside our "back door". The "patio" consisted of grass and day lilies. This not a patio! Also, when I went outside to load my car, I went out the "patio" door since my car was parked a few feet away. The sprinklers were going and I got WET! Why have a "patio" that is wet grass???

I will definitely stay here again

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Comfortable quiet room where everything worked, the decor was subdued and it had plenty of room to do stretch/do yoga. I loved the lobby -- full of cozy spots to hang out, a fireplace, and a little bistro open mornings for coffee and breakfast. I usually don't hang out in hotel lobbies, but this one was so inviting. Would be a good spot for someone in town for work a spacious desk in the room with plenty of natural light, and the lobby has a cafe atmosphere for working on your laptop.

My family enjoyed the stay.

I liked the staff, the lobby and the balconies. The queen rooms where good sizes. And the beds where the most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel. I like there where no dogs. Also it is close to all the convention centers and restaurants.

I didn't like the layout of the place. Long halls to get to your exits. If you have a hard time with walking like I did, getting to my rooms and Lobby where difficult..

Stayed in the rundown dump.

The location for our event.

The Courtyard Marriott is a run down dump. Worn out carpeting through out furniture old and worn even in the lobby. Not sure how you pass this off as a 4 or 5 start hotel because it’s not. Marriott use to be a top notch chain it’s not now.

It was ok. Kids had fun, but next time i will probably look for something a little nicer.

Pool was nice and work out room were nice.

Fresh and clean

The employees were really nice. The location is nice. Close to stores and not far from O'Hare Airport

The carpet on the room, as well as in the hallways, needs to be replaced. The headboard in the room was loose.

Amazing stay and will always stay here when I stay in the Chicago area!!!! Perfect hotel for me!

The staff from management to the housekeeping staff did amazing. I will stay here from now on when in the Chicago area. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Bar and nice pantry to buy a couple of important items.

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Nothing I did not like! I have nothing negative to say about my stay or the property or the staff!!! SUPER AMAZING!!!

Nice lobby/rooms.

Construction started the day after we got there, with no warning, right outside of our room. Pool was not heated.

Decent property, nice staff but needs a renovation.

The layout is nice. We actually sat outside one evening in the courtyard and it was pleasant. There was furniture outside but it wasn’t lounge furniture as shown in the marketing photos. The pool area was clean and well lit. The landscape was well maintained.

The property needs a renovation. Everything felt a little dingy and old. The room wasn’t very clean. There were cherry pits and stems on the floor which was gross. The keycard reader from the courtyard to the pool didn’t work which was frustrating to go around each time. The lobby furniture was old and seat fabrics were ripped - didn’t make you want to sit there.
