Convenient

The pool area was very inviting, the room was very comfortable and overall everything was accesible

The lady at the reception desk, very rude not even a hello or welcome but a complain that her coworker will be late and she will be stuck with all the check in people, and right next to me it was a lady complaining that her room was very dirty, that she needed a second shower to clean her feet after jumping out the shower, I didn’t take a chance and wore sleepers and sandals all the time.

La primera vez que estuve no consumí ni una de las dos botellas de la habitación y no me cobraron nada pero la segunda vez que estuve bebí las dos y me cobraron 10 dólares cuando abajo hay una máquina que vale 4 dólares cada botella y frías. Si vais a cobrar el agua por lo menos dejar una tabla de precios en la habitación porque da a pensar que son gratis. En donde vivo yo si te dejan las botellas así suele ser GRATISSS

Great time

I really enjoy this hotel this is my second weekend in a row I went there. the staff is friendly and environment is relaxed me and my lady really like this place I recommend to stay here

we were running late on check out and only received a 30 minute grace period of extended Stay. now idk about everyone else but how many females can get ready in 30 minutes. if you would do a hour extended check out this place would of been perfect 👌 besides that I highly recommend coming here.

Bon hôtel sauf certaines chambres

Chambre propre et spacieuse la piscine est sympathique et les produits de douche sont de qualités avec une senteur agréable

Certaines chambres telles que la notre à une vue sur une zone industrielle ce qui casse le charme de l'hôtel.

We were very disappointed in the property, but the staff was great!

I liked that the staff was extremely understanding about our issues with the rooms we were given and worked with us to get a refund.

The hotel was extremely dated. The 1st room had a funky smell and our jetted tub did not drain. The 2nd room we were given with a jetted tub ended up having a huge leak and the water was leaking onto the floor. The 3rd room was a tower room and it was alright but no jetted tub.

Over all it was a decent stay.

Location was nice. Not to far off from the freeways and right down the street from nice shopping areas and places to eat.

The room cleaning set up. So you have to call to request room cleaner the day before. I called and set it up on my way out. I double checked to make sure we were set for room cleaning. And it didn’t seem like we were. I asked again to have someone combine and clean up and by the time we got back to the hotel room no one ever came. So we just requested new towels and that was that.

Disappointing

The location is good

The vents on the bathroom weren't good, took a shower the whole room steamed up and caused the TV to have an electrical shortage. Also was going out for the day and called the front desk to have new towels & sheets. When we got back to the room the new towels and sheets were just in a pile on top of the microwave.. we had left a tip for housekeeping (being courteous) as they usually change the sheets and remake the bed ect.. thankfully they didn't go into the room far enough to take the tip as they didn't deserve it.. so we swapped the sheets and towels out ourselves.. I travel to long Beach frequently.. will not be coming back to this hotel

The locations is the best, walking distance to a nice bar and right down the street from ballast point. Super nice staff, the check in was super easy and quick. The room was spacey and clean, nothing at all to complain about. Great stay!

Located conveniently close to an amazing club, the GasLamp.

The check in staff was friendly and informative. The location was perfect for the event we were going to.

The stairs & stair rails near room 227 need tightening & fixing, it's unsafe especially with the rain making them already slippery. Our balcony must be unevern, cuz it flooded. But for the most part, the room was good.
