LOUD sirens, highway noise, small room

Very comfy room. Little small. Great shower.

No kurig. They have some off brand coffee maker that is okay but meh The BIGGEST issue is the noise off parmer, and the I think 185? Sirens go off at all hours, especially on the weekend. I have QuietOns, very expensive noise cancellers for sleeping ($300 a pair), and they helped a lot, but my word it still really impacted my sleep negatively. Even so I got gradually used to it and during the week the sirens aren't as often, but the road noise is a big issue still

Everything was nice except the bathroom issue. With this discomfort I recommend a credit to my account.

Clean. Location and professional

Room had plumbing issues and wasn’t taking care of until next morning after notifying the front desk 4 times. Woke up to having a flood in the bathroom because the toilet overflowed. The manager sent maintenance to the room while we ate breakfast, when we returned to the room we noticed they left the door open with our belongings inside. Purses, jewelry, and luggage. Very disappointed

Room was okay but could have been cleaner. A/c worked well. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like urine. I was too exhausted to complain. The breakfast was gross. They will never again get my business.

It was pleasant stay and would stay there again!

The front desk lady was very polite and gave us suggestions where eat when we asked her and she made sure are rooms were clean and ready a few minutes before check-in time. The rooms were pleasant since I had rented to rooms. The other couple was pleased too. The cleaning lady provided me with plastic bags of my guests was feeling nauseous and began to feel ill.

The ice machine was low on ice on my floor and my other guest finally found a machine with more ice on the last floor. We sat in the patio outside and it was pleasant until the mosquitoes arrived. The complimentary coffee in the hallway was not hot but lukewarm. There were only two complimentary mint tea bags too. So we used them and then there were none. There were a few orange spice tea bags. The water with the orange slices had to be refilled which done within the hour. Overall it was not bad and they may have been short of staff.

They took money from my card twice but the room was paid for upon arrival , so that is 175.24* 3 for one nite and they are refusing to refund my account when I was there I seen the other guest speaking about extra charges that isn’t rite at all
