I'm not use this hotel again.

Location

When I checked in, I checked with the staff to check out late the next day, and she agreed. But the next day, the housekeeping staff aggressively knocked on our door and interrupted our morning. We even put on a no-disturb tag to no avail. I complained to the desk staff at checkout, but she didn't apologize, saying she didn't know. I will never stay here again. Considering this, I hope you go somewhere else.

Quiet, comfort and amazing hotel

The breakfast, the comfort of the bed and the size of the room

They only have 4 pillows and my husband slept with 3. It’s not really their fault, but I’d love if they have more pillows.

Best Western Plus is the Best

Breakfast, especially the omelette, was delicious. Nice clean rooms, large TVs, friendly staff. We will be using this one when we come visit family from now on.

Great location and price

Everything. Stay was great!

Coffee at breakfast was one cup at a time so the line was long and wasn’t able to get coffee downstairs. The rooms did have a keurig though.

Good atmosphere and great staff and we will stay again if in the area

The property was very nice and well maintained. And in a very good location. Very close to everything.

The parking is sparse near the door and the AC in the lobby was broken and the management had not brought in any kind of fans or portable A/Cs

Everything you need for a good stay.

Very convenient to the area, easy to get in and out. Great breakfast but mattresses could use an upgrade. Enjoyed our visit very much and will return again before long.

Loved the super clean suite and the staff were always so helpful and kind!

The staff were all completely amazing! they offered suggestions on where to eat and activities for our teens! They were very engaging! The property was so clean! We loved the suite. It had 2 bathrooms and one was a walk-in! The room was 10/10 for cleanliness! The suite was so worth every penny with our 2 teens and friends!

We were visiting bc of our boys travel baseball tournament. That being said, there was only 1 working washer and dryer. Each cost $3/ piece. That’s pretty expensive, especially to dry the clothes.

It was very accommodating and a very good value for the price.

The pool was great, the extra facilities such as the breakfast/coffee bar, the snack area, etc.

The elevator is quite outdated, the parking was very difficult to park/pull out.

Breakfast was ok....samething everyday so you didn't have a variety. Egg were watery and you can tell they wasn't fresh egg.

Room phone didn't work. I asked for extra pillows and I told them the phone didn't work. The first person I talked to said if he comes across somebody, he'll have them bring me some and he'll let them know about the phone. 2 hours later I called back and talked to somebody else because I still hadn't got my pillows and my phone still wasn't work. About 30 to 45 mins later I finally got my pillows but still no phone. Hard to communicate with house keeping but they didn't speak English or didn't really understand.

Enjoyed it ... just one night ... we would stay again.

Breakfast was great! Clean room & friendly staff.

A motor sound from somewhere in the building ran throughout the night. It was a little annoying. Don't think it was the elevator. Probably AC unit? couldn't apply an AARP discount as we used booking.com

the room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was pretty good, nice staff

that there was no air flow in the room, I like to sleep with my door closed but couldn’t here because the air conditioning was only on the living room area, not a huge inconvenience though.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and a big variety everyday. Fitness room was huge. Housekeeping staff was very friendly.

It was a good time. We love Greenville, and it was close enough that you could be downtown 10 minute

I fell for the money it was a good price I like that I had a bedroom in the living room separately. Easy to get in and out of the rooms on different levels again the staff was great room was clean.

What I didn’t like was there was no ductwork in the bedroom itself. They did have a fan in there which the noise was nice but the air wasn’t regulated well and the fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable for my 21 year old son mattress was old probably need to be replaced but overall we was happy.

very nice breakfast! we came down a little late, and were pleasantly surprised to find a great selection and everything was still well stocked.
