Large room
The breakfast was ok the staff were polite but not overly friendly. Expensive

This did not meet the standard for Residence Inn properties. The breakfast was poor, and the coffee was out. The tree outside the window is touching the building so any wind blowing has scratching sounds all night long.

Location was ideal for walking to shopping, restaurants and short Uber rides to Dickies Arena.
The difficulty getting our room cleaned. Had to ask multiple times, could never get a straight answer from front desk. Finally after missing the day we requested to have the room serviced, front desk personnel finally got it done. Not sure why it took so many follow-ups.
Our room itself was DARK. Situated on the main floor, right next to a side entrance, we couldn’t have blinds open (no privacy) and the building itself blocked a lot of sunlight. Asked for a room change after the first night, but front desk never followed through.

Our breakfast was great. A small buffet, but perfect to start our day. Coffee available 24 hours a day. We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit. The museums were only a 15-20 minute walk. Shopping, Restaurants, and a great supermarket were just a 10 minute walk. We used the gymnasium daily and also enjoyed the pool. I could not have selected a better location for our four day stay!

Location and breakfast
Parking was full , but was able to park behind yhe hotel.

Great staff and location. Nice overall
Cleaning was on poor side. We found two pills on the floor in different rooms which could be a real danger to toddlers and pets. Clearly had not cleaned under bed edges or in corners of bathroom
4.3
The location appear to be in a safe area and walking distance to several stores and dining. The breakfast was good.
Pay for parking I did not like

Ontario who was at the desk when I checked in was lovely. Clean and new the place is gorgeous. Staff were all really nice. Great location too
my room was on the side of the building that was close to train tracks- so the early morning train was a little sucky. also- my upstairs neighbors walked around their room a lot. late at night. middle of the night. early in the morning- it was a little louder than it needed to be

staff was very good
