Nice location, adjacent to I-85. Lots of food options nearby. Had a room with a balcony.
Sliding door to the balcony wouldn't lock, needed repairs.
Was charged $20 for "Incidentals", but when I left in the morning and asked for a receipt I couldn't get one. The girl at the desk was totally unaware of how to get me one. When I'm charged $20 and even though I was told that it would be refunded to my account in 3-5 days, I still want a receipt.

It was a very nice place. Took my Dad to the Braves baseball game and we stayed here after the game. The Bistro had a very nice young lady who made my Dad a burger and fries. He said it was the best burger he had in a long while.
I didn’t know that this property did not have complementary coffee. You had to pay for it. While it did have a maker in the room, I never use those. When I went to check out , I told the front desk that I have never had to pay for coffee. She explained why, and ended up getting my Dad a hot cup.

The check-in clerk got us a better room at a lower rate.
The location was too far off the main road. There was no restaurants or eateries within walking distance.

Booking.com was unable to get me the room. After 3 agents failed to get a room, I walked up to the front desk and Gita room on my own and saved $50.00
The 3 hours waisted dealing with Booking.com in trying to get a room.

The hotel and the location are great for me! I stayed a total of five (5) nights and have stayed many times before at this location and that's why I continue to stay there.
On the second day I was there I took a Post It note to the front desk as I couldn't call them because the phone wasn't working. I even left a note on the coffee pot for the cleaners and they just cleaned up the area and left the coffee pot. So much for trying to communicate to employees and expecting them to communicate to others in the hotel. There were 3 items not working, 1)TV remote, 2)the phone (yes, it was plugged in and could get a dial tone) and 3)the coffee pot leaked as soon as you put water in it. I was told that they would replace the coffee pot, which they did, but nothing else got fixed. I used the coffee pot and thought that the cleaners would refill the supplies, but that didn't happen. I even specifically put the trash can next to the coffee/condiments to identify what had been used, but they didn't even touch the area or put away the coffee machine for the next 3 days. On top of that I couldn't call the front desk to tell them as the phone didn't work and why shouldn't I have to look up the number on my cell phone to call them? Really just wanted a coffee first thing in the morning. If you're not going to have working machine or enough supplies, then don't offer or put them in the room. Not sure that the front desk felt empowered to fix and/or notify me of the status.
