Would have stayed longer if I had time

It has a wonderful location, the staff was extremely efficient and attentive. My room was ready literally when I walked in

No microwave in the room. After traveling for 9 hours didn't feel like driving to get something to eat.

Great room & location

Room & cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was good but not refilled by the time I came downstairs.

Room said it came with a microwave but it didn't have one which was disappointing to me.

they don’t clean your room every day if you’re staying beyond one day. I would have at least liked clean towels left.

Conveniently located off the interstate on hotel row, this was a nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful and there were many items from which to choose.

There were only small bowls available on the breakfast bar which made it difficult to all but impossible to put much food on the plate, and what I was able to get all ran together. After I had fixed my plate I observed a couple to people ask the attendant if there were larger plates available. Turn out there was, but for whatever reason she kept them hidden under the counter. If you didn't know to ask, you wouldn't get one. Didn't make sense, nor did it seem very customer friendly to me.

Excellent Stay.

The staff were so kind and helpful . They were all very friendly. Special thanks to Samantha who brought us cotton/ foam pillows for our room. She had excellent customer service. The breakfast was excellent also.

lovely hotel and stay. I will book with you again

Breakfast was great. By the time I got there around 9:30 there wasn't much left but it was good

I'm not fond of the incidental charges that were pending on my card. That was confusing. I'll be looking to be sure they fall off as promised.

Quick stay and well rested

Location great! Beds wonderful!

Room clean but no shower supplies filled. Breakfast was not so good. Who doesn’t serve eggs????

Would stay here again in the future.

Room was clean and had updated decor. Plenty of room for 2 people. Shower and bathroom looked updated and clean. Shower had very good water pressure. Bed sheets and bath towels looked white and clean, no dingy spots. The free breakfast had a very good selection to choose from and would probably have at least one item for even the pickiest of eaters. Bed mattress was comfy.

Bed pillows were a bit flat for my liking.

It’s updated… It’s Clean… Staff was absolutely Friendly… The coffee was Great (coffee lover)

My shower and sink in my room need a Little bit more cleaning care…
