We’ve been staying at this same hotel for over 20 years…..we love the location.

Staff were so accommodating and we appreciated that. Breakfast was delicious too.

The bathroom lighting is terrible. My husband couldn’t see to shave, and I couldn’t even put on make-up until I got in the car! And the toilet was very low. Our bed was not terrible, but certainly not comfortable.

Good for the most part.

The lady serving breakfast was very rude and loud. She yelled across the room several times and made eating in dining area very unpleasant.

I never was told about the breakfast, maybe it was mentioned to me while i was online but it wasn't mentioned to us as we checked in which would have been nice.

I "checked in" online but I had to check in again once we arrived. Once we arrived we had to wait for over an hour for our room to be cleaned as it was unoccupied just before we got there, once we got there we noticed that there was no toilet paper so I asked the woman that was cleaning the room for some paper, she was able to only give me one roll. She told me that she would give me another one later but we never did get another roll. Also the room was never cleaned during our stay.

Expected more for the price

Staff were very friendly; worked well together; housekeeper, maintenance man, all helped with breakfast bar when busy.

I know it was posted they only clean room every 3 days; but had to go in search of coffee packets everyday & ask for garbage to be emptied. The locks were being changed out and our room was very dusty, had to ask them to dust it. They did , but even that day, while in room did not empty wastebaskets or replace coffee packets. I know employees are allowed breaks, but several employees were outside front entrance smoking everytime we came & went. Halls smelled musty.

Ashley and the staff were very good. Accommodated all requests.

The housekeeping staff was not cleaning rooms daily due to "Covid protocols". Yet there is someone making breakfast daily. - Makes no sense. Covid risk is the same. Could not get hot water for tea several mornings- waited until about 8:30 and left. Staff smoking right outside the entry doors so had to walk thru a wall of smoke each time. Room 105 has paint peeling off the window seal.

I have always liked fairfield properties.

Location was good, rooms were very quiet. Good shower room, good towels.

Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee wasn't ready when we went down to eat. Had to wait for about 10 minutes for it. So we just left and moved on. really small sink area.

Very disappointing

The room was very musty smelling. There were spider webs in the corner of the ceiling. The toilet paper roll was empty and staff was very slow to respond.

Casino is across a busy street (US 61) and quite convenient, a 300 yard walk.

Breakfast was good, not great, sorta basic but ok.

I was missing the sausage gravy and another meat option & potatoes for breakfast.
