Facilities were clean and very nice we stayed for three nights for military graduation and it was a very good experience the king bed was comfortable and accommodations were excellent

We had to ask for clean towels and pick up our room daily as they say they refresh every other day but ours was never done

I had a wonderful stay overall, and I will be back!

Nice rooms, excellent location. I came to see family and view some properties, in most cases I was only 15 minutes from the most of places I needed to get to. The free breakfast is nice! They have several different food options available.

There was some hair in the bathroom, in the shower, and on the floor behind the door in one of the bedrooms which made me question the cleanliness a bit.

Pistachio was pleasant and helpful whenever I had a question. The breakfast was a perfect time and it was very good. There wasn’t anything that I just liked about the room. Very comfortable for a sleep. I loved the grounds also. Very inviting to the eyes.

everything was great until the manger got an attitude with me over a mistake on her end

I loved the bed & the hotel setting

I got a call from the manager saying I need to come swipe my card again after I had already paid & I informed her I had already paid & she was literally trying to argue with me about it over the phone. Once I went to the front desk the other employee informed me that it was already paid for & she made a mistake but she never apologized.

Very nice,very clean hotel.We had a basic training graduation to attend,and this hotel was a very good choice.Short drive to Ft Jackson plus many places to eat around the hotel.Everything was very nice.

It’s a beautiful hotel and clean

It was very clean

the back parking lot is too dark. If you come back to the hotel after a certain time there is nowhere to park. The pillars are too soft. I couldn’t play my PlayStation 5 or switch due to having to verify on a web browser. I think there breakfast could be better. Maybe adding a pancake maker vs having a waffle in a plastic bag.

The tub knob was broken. Had a hard time adjusting the knob to get comfortable water coming from faucet cause it wasn’t working. It came out too hot. Front desk person wasn’t too friendly. Could have greeted with a smile.

I had a good time with my friend, but just the standards for a marriott property have been dropped.

The location

The smell, it reeked of the smell of dogs. The place was so noisy. Dogs barking all time of the night. Went to cook only had 2 pans. Dishes were left in the dishwasher from the last person there.

Luxary but not for a luxary price!!

I only stayed in the room most of my trip but it was very spacious. Perfect for privacy with the 2 rooms, full bathroom attached to each. Nice sized kitchen and sitting area! immaculate price for space. breakfast was great and staff was very friendly!!! also has smart TVs!
