Excellent

Tanner especially was amazing. He helped us book multiple rooms at multiple times. He was so helpful. He helped with reservation, he checked us in with kindness and helpfulness. He knew who we were when we arrived. Then had a small issue with refrigerator he came up right away with towels I requested and fixed the refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again.

There appear to be better options, I was very disappointed.

Our rooms were not ready until after 4:00 pm, we arrived around 11, were promised rooms by 1:30. The rooms we booked were not available. There is nothing included but a coffee maker, no water, no premium TV channels, no breakfast, no housekeeping unless requested. It was requested on the last day, left dirty towels, no toilet paper and no coffee cups or refill packs. The staff was 🤷🏼‍♀️. I expect much better quality from Marriott, especially for the cost.

The hotel is in a convenient location.

The breakfast was sumptuous- possible too big! The gals serving were amazingly polite. The gal serving wine after 5:00 pm was particularly nice.

The bathroom had no body lotion, the shampoo, etc in the shower were labeled in light green in a green bottle so we could not tell what was in which bottle (we guessed). The wastebaskets could be of normal size! The room is tiny.

You had to got next door for the pool! The bed was very hard and the pillow sucked.

Close to Red Rocks and very comfortable stay.

Front desk was very accommodating since we arrived early and were able to provide a room. The facility was very quiet and met our expectations.

Close to Redrocks venue

It was old, we had to ask to refill toiletries, towels, I stayed at a Marriott in Sacramento completely different experience

Uneventful, but disappointed the hotel didn’t offer what we thought it would

Clean. Michael on the front desk was a delight. Nice cookies.

Expensive, booking.com said there were shuttles to Red Rocks…there weren’t. For the money I would have expected breakfast to be included instead it was an over priced Starbucks.

Wonderful location, even better staff!

The property is in a great location near restaurants and a target! The staff was also wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised by this!

I felt like the property could’ve been cleaner. In general the entire hotel needs to be updated.

The hotel was nice and in a great location to what we were doing. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was great, very friendly. The room was just tiny.

Size of the room for three adults. It was tiny, could barely maneuver and we’re not big people. The toilet was not sealed or leveled so it made a huge bang when you stood up not great for the others who are sleeping.

Comfortable, clean room with a view was a great place to recharge during our family adventure trip.

During our stay, there was plenty of parking. We loved the cookies in the lobby. The staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Our room had a little balcony that we enjoyed very much.

Not impressed

Room was clean and comfortable.

They doubled the ptice for the first night. They provided zero services for our entire stay, if we needed something like clean towels to mop the floor because shower leaked, we had to go find house keeping because they never came to our room. The hotel provided bare minimum services despite increased price.

annoying

I liked the fitness center

where to begin. first of all the room that I ordered and wanted was given away and they gave me a double room. told me that it was curtesy by adjusting to the rate I paid but I know full well it wasn’t because you gave my room away. I looked at the rates and instead of saving me money it cost me money. the front desk was never helpful, I asked for extra towels and they said to call back in the morning and I did no one ever came with the extra towels. when I asked to talk to the manager about my experience I was brushed off and told nothing. the bar/food area was never open, strange hours. I tried to order food and was told that they stopped serving food but it was within the time they told me to get breakfast. overall this was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever stayed in. do better for customers.

had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. hotel employees were so kind and friendly. room was great. pool was nice. quiet and comfortable stay. even got to see a Easter horse parade from the balcony of our room.

if you need morning coffee, don’t stay here

this was a really nice hotel.

NO COFFEE UNTIL 6AM. this is why I will not stay here ever again. what type of hotel does not have coffee until 630am. just bad business. the in room coffee is horrid, no half/half and the sub par Starbucks doesn’t open into. 630
