My room was dirty, the sheets felt like it had crumbs on them the windows were dirty, the couch had white stains on them looked dirty the toilet didn’t flush and I informed front desk and they didn’t fix it and the sink did not allow the water to drain so it overflowed

Very lovely place to stay.

I loved the friendly staff, they accommodate all of our needs and how clean it was. The room smelled so fresh when we first walked in.

The only thing I didn’t like was our room begun the second night to smell like a sewer. I personally think that had nothing to do with the lack of care of the facility.

Overall it was fine place to stay for a night or two when traveling.

Friendly staff, great location , and cleanliness.

Thin walls. I heard loud noise from the next room from 1 am. Finally ended up Calling the front desk to assist.

it was very quiet .. rooms were cleaned but outdated.

no air conditioning in the hallways.. the room was fine but immediately my allergies acted up. likely the old carpet. i would recommend ripping up carpet and getting durable flooring.. the flooring is very outdated

The location was great. The property was very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly

The only thing is there was an terrible smell on my floor which was the 3rd floor. It smelled like water had leaked and the carpet got wet and was in the process of drying but once I got closer to my room and inside the room it didn’t smell.

Lack of communication with irresponsible accommodation.

I stayed at Drury Inn instead of Springhill Suite because Springhill is on renovation and they were not ready for my room. However, they didn't provide the same room with other inn. We were 5 in family and I booked for two queen beds with sofa bed but they provide a king bed with a sofa bed only. I liked Drury staffs and facilities not Springhill Suite. I recommand Drury Inn and hotel.

Manager was irresponsible and lack of communication with customers. I booked the hotel in December and they have never informed me that they are in renovation in their hotel and didn't finish the job. Just sent me the other hotel with different accommodation.

the front desk employees were exceptionally warm and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable.

one issue did occur with our room, but everything was taken cared of immediately.
