Close to downtown

Confusing with so many entrances. There is not someone at check in at all times.

Great location and hotel was very nice!

Location was perfect. Close to everything and in walking distance of shops and restaurants. We didn't have to move our car the entire time we were in Greenville.

If there was a free coffee and water station, I was unaware of the location.

We arrived early and were allowed to check in bc the room was ready! Very close to Peace center and restaurants. Very comfortable bed.

No coffee bar in lobby. No breakfast.

Location is excellent for those who want to park the car and just walk around for days!

The hotel rooms were very roomy. Everything was so clean. Staff was very friendly.

Maybe if they offered coffee (for free) downstairs. Breakfast and coffee was available, but at a charge.

Conveniently located with many upscale dining options and lots of cuisine choices

Pillows were too soft. The Bed too firm. Marriott has a great sleep system they should adopt. Also, the bistro is only open in the morning, and it is understaff making the wait time unacceptable. If I am working in my room I would like to go downstairs and pick quick bite.

Greenville gem!

Absolutely LOVE the location. Very clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need. We love that checkout is at noon.

Location was good.

My room supposed to have a microwave but it didnt have. They are using a public parking deck, which is next to the hotel. But the night I went, there was an event and therefore the parking deck was full and I could not use it.

Δεν υπήρχε safe box στο δωμάτιο. Ούτε toiletries στην τουαλέτα ( οδοντόβουρτσα μιας χρήσεως, κλπ. Τίποτα. ) Το συνεργείο καθαρισμού δεν περνούσε κάθε μέρα να φτιάξει το δωμάτιο. Η αριστερή πλευρά του κρεβατιού ήταν σχεδόν κολλημένη στον τοίχο. Το κλιματιστικό έκανε πολύ θόρυβο. Πολύ φτωχές επιλογές για πρωινό. Η μηχανή του espresso ήταν χαλασμένη τις 4 από τις επτά ημέρες που έμεινα εκεί.

Our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and exceeded our standards.

I would like to commend Ansley on the excellent customer service I received from her prior to my arrival. Ansley was very helpful providing information and presented a pleasant attitude. I cannot recall the employee name who was at the desk the morning of November 23rd, but she was welcoming and outstanding as well. We will return to this location when we visit Greenville in the future.

I would have appreciated having a microwave in my room. I was informed by the front desk employee on November 23rd of what I needed to do in the future to make sure I had this accommodation.

Great Location and Great Hotel

It was a great hotel. The staff was great. Parking was right at the hotel. Lots of great restaurants close by. I parked my car and didn't get back in it til we checked out. We were in town for a concert at the Peace Center. We walked out of the hotel and walked across the street and was there.

When we went to check out, there was only one person at the counter and they were on the phone. They didn’t acknowledge us while we stood for 5 minutes. We had to just start talking over their phone call to say we were checking out because we were running late.

The parking lot connected to the hotel and lobby is very clean and inviting, check in on the phone and drop off keys at drop off box, not waiting long line to check out. Great location near all the restaurants, and attractions. and Starbucks in the lobby too.
