The receptionist Matthew was very nice.
The hotel is such poor value for money. The rooms need updating. The bed was so small. We had to ask for towels. Everything is really dated. The reception is tiny. It was just a really poor experience for the $350 a night price tag.

The location was good
The room was small. You if you were using the restroom and someone would of came in they would of got you with the door. The door is way way too close to the toilet. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable. Their was no mention of paying to park. And also no mention of the construction that hindered parking.

Hot breakfast was a great bonus and there was plenty of options. Location was ideal for spending a weekend at the Plaza - only one block walk! Rooms were clean and comfortable - as advertised.
Had to pay $15/day for parking. Based on the location, there weren't a lot of options for free parking.

Odor in the rooms.

excellent location close to restaurants and bars
just wished it had an inside bar other than that no complaints

location , investment made for the things starting from Gym equipment then cooking apparatus
They are charging us but house cleaning staff are heavily under staff . Even after request they could not turn up . We miss those days before covid when house cleaning staff comes everyday morning and knock at the door to clean the room.

The employee checking us in was very nice
The room was awful
Not clean
Stains in the carpet. Stuff on the ceiling
Brown stuff on the mirror
The grout in the bathroom looked like it wasn’t clean, stains in it. The bathtub had stains and looked unclean. The room smelled like urine. It was an awful uncomfortable stay. I even tried telling the employees when we checked out and all they could say was “sorry” I used awful, uncomfortable, and smelled like urine and all I got was sorry. I paid 300 dollars. It wasn’t even worth 100 bucks.
