Superb

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gloria greeted us and informed us about the facility. We were going to a family reunion and she remembered and asked us about it the next day. All the staff was friendly which makes such a big difference.

The breakfast was really delicious but they didn’t have enough staff. I waited about 30 minutes just to order and almost another 20 for my meal.

Horrible.

There was not hot water in my room so for a two day stay me and my son were not able to bathe. They could not accommodate us and there were no other open availability’s at the one other hotel in the area. We were there for a competition. I reached out to the hotel with a lengthy email and they were not able to help me other than offer a better rate if I go back to that location only. Which I will never be doing. I’ve also reached out to booking 72 hours ago and still have not heard back.

There are was no Hot water in the hotel that was outrageously priced but we the only option for the competition my son was in. Water spills on the floor near the elevator multiple times with no wet sign and trash.

Amazing and Unforgettable

I love the great vibes. The faculty was phenomenal. We stayed there for my boyfriend's birthday and they accommodated me the whole time we was there. The facility looks amazing. The hot tub and pool area was clean as well!! We will definitely be returning

Good for one night only when hard to find a room

Breakfast and location were adequate

Reserved room three days prior to arrival with late arrival. Too difficult to make a reservation again. Check in was ok boy gave us the handicap room. Poor customer service will drive me away every time.

This is a good place to stop over in Memphis

the staff were amazing. great space in lobby bistro to work on computer and eat. lots of drinks available for purchase

the bathroom had “dirt” on the TP holder. thankful I carry Clorox wipes pillows were hard.
