Location and airport shuttle
Wasn’t the cleanest. Sofa could have used a serious cleaning and carpets everywhere seemed old and not the cleanest.
The hotel was full of teenage guests, so it wasn’t very quiet.

We have stayed here many times. The breakfast is great and even offers gluten free options beyond cereal. Close to many things.
It is getting older. It is not as good of a value as it used to be.

We always like to stay at Springhill Suites - they are always clean, and the beds are comfy. The bathroom was clean and modern... all giving a great experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I did like the 24 hr shuttle service. The pool was small, but kept well. The breakfast was pretty decent.
It was the dirtiest, most run down Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. I usually enjoy Marriott because they are clean and up to date. The walls were covered in dirt and stains. The bathroom needed to be re-caulked. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And my son said the trundle bed made his skin itchy.

I never liked the property.
Because when we entered the room, bad smell was coming out from the room. Then we move to a different room which was better than the previous one but the fridge was smelling so bad in fact I was about to vomit. It looked like was never been clean before. We started to look another hotel that 1 night.

Love the actuall hot hot tub, the pillows were amazing! The water pressure in the shower was on point! The front desk ladies were wonderfully accommodating when our AC wasnt working.
Didnt care for the fridge needing to be turned on every 2hrs. But, i lived.

The breakfast was great! Beds and pillows very comfortable.
The pool/hot tub are very small and could use some updates. Carpet throughout hotel needs to be replaced. Whole building has a musty odor. Bathroom in room could use ventilation that is in working order.

We have stayed here before- we know the location and know what to expect at the property.
The property is starting to age- nothing bad, but we have been staying here for over 10 years- it’s just aging .

Bed was comfortable, the room was easily accessible. We had a late afternoon flight, they allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out and shuttled us to the Mall of America and back. Shuttle to the airport was easy.
We had a very late flight arrival into Minneapolis. We had called to ensure that we could get a shuttle at 12:30. When we called to have the shuttle pick us up, no one answered at the hotel. We had to call an Uber to deliver us to the motel, not knowing if anyone was there. When we arrived, thankfully there was a death agent who told us that the number we were sent was not the number to that desk but to their sister motel. When we booked, we booked a King Room we were checked into a room with two double beds.

The room was so dirty and smelled like cigarettes, after struggling with breathing I asked for another room. I was able to switch to another room across the one we was in and it also smelled like cigarettes. Was unable to sleep and was coughing the whole day and left with a sore throat. Also shower was disgusting and was not able to shower. Please save your money and go elsewhere because I wasted my
Money and was not able to rest for my work trip.
Staff was pleasant however.

One of the rooms had a faint smell of smoke.

Breakfast was excellent, met all my needs, very well kept, and maintained by the staff. never ran out of anything, especially coffee and bacon.
Everything was great, except what you had no control over. The weather! would have liked to have visited more of your wonderful city. My son and I, had visited last year in Dec. to catch the Vikings and Steelers game, and enjoyed the snow. stayed at my grandson's apt. We Flew in from Albuqueerque, New Mexico, where we enjoy the four seasons.

The bed was so comfortable. I asked the front desk what kind of beds they use. He said Sealy posturepedic. Also told me you can purchase beds from Marriott. It was great! The bed was better than the one we have at our home. The free breakfast was very good, sausage, scrambled eggs and a variety of products. The coffee was great. The location was close to restaurants and shopping.
No fan in the bathroom.
