Desk Clerks was very Friendly and Helpful…

Location, near all the restaurants & Family and Friends!

In our room, very out dated Furniture, chair had red stains, which limited us from seating on, refrigerator door was to close to the wall, only open halfway. Breakfast did not look good, had to go out!

Liv-able, wouldn’t stay again

Good location, good price

Green mold all over the outside of the building. Elevator opens on the second floor and you see the door to the maintenance room, very banged up and scrapped up, bad look, carpet in room cut and shredded , sheets and bed covers very thin

My stay was good just didn’t like the dogs barking but other than that it was good.

The staff were excellent!

That they don’t have a certain floor for dogs. And I stay in a room that a dog had been in and cough and sneeze

Probably would choose another hotel next trip

It smelled of mothballs when we walked in. We originally booked a double suite but apparently it was having mechanical issues so they had to separate us. The manager took care of us on that end. The beds were comfy, but the bathroom was dirty and the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month.

Great place for staycations

The room is set up like you could stay for weeks. Functional kitchen, roomy bathroom, Excellent water pressure in the shower, and a good gym.

It served my purpose

Location staff really friendly my request to be close to my family’s room met

Dead roach on top shelf of refrigerator that I let staff know about. Tub was dirty didn’t use but I did stand in the tub to shower.

The quality of the room was not like previously and paid more for the stay

Disappointing

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not good. Bruised apples and pre- sugared oatment packets were the only thing close to a healthy breakfast. Powdered and under cooked eggs and pre sugared packaged waffles (which were gone by 8:30) and all very colorful junk cereals. Photo and description of room on website CLEALRY made it seem like there would be a dividing wall between king bed and pull out couch. Which is why we were willing to pay more than other hotels around we charging.

Disappointing

We found roaches in the room!! and was not compensated for that and for the price we paid I would expect that the facility would have been a bit cleaner (dishes were dirty and so was the bathtub). We did not receive a receipt for the stay so was not aware of the total cost at check out. They said I would receive an emailed receipt which I never got.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at for many years/exceptional staff/exceptionally clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful as were all of the hotel staff. The hotel and the grounds are very well taken care of. Exceptional hotel and staff.

Need a place to stay. It was available. Staff was friendly.

The sofa bed was so close to the bed that you couldn't move. Mattress on sofa had disgusting stains all over it. Hair all over the bathroom.

Wonderful stay.

Breakfast, front desk and room were exceptional.

Fire alarms were very sensitive while we were doing our hair but the staff and maintenance man were understanding and very nice. We felt bad every time it started to go off.
