The location was great. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bath was clean and amenities satisfactory. I would have liked the water pressure in the shower to be better and a newer carpet in the bedroom. Otherwise this is a great place to stay.
The water pressure was poor and the bedroom carpet very worn.

This linen was distinguished. I had to switch three different rooms at 10 p.m. before getting settled with small children. I also was charged twice. It’s a whole month later and I’m still going back and fourth with them concerning my money. NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN

The shower had a little bit of hair left behind :/ and you can hear people in the hallway making ruckus.

The rooms were gross with dirty walls, really gross carpet, and not a single USB port for traveling professionals. No breakfast included and just dirty, there was a cockroach in the lobby bathroom.

bed was very comfortable, room nice & big, a/c cooled the room very well, cleansiness was excellent the room, hotel,lobby,restaurant and elevator was spacious not small or cramp. service was very nice. i requested a microwave in my room after finding out there wasn't one in there and they brought one to me with no extra charge. Now that was a plus
If they could've have a different breakfast meat the next day instead of the same meat mabe like bacon, sausage links the next day instead of the same sausage patties

Easy and quick check in by Lovey who was very helpful and friendly! The room was very quiet. For being on the first floor we heard no noise / footsteps coming from the room above us.
Plenty of parking and the breakfast was very good!

My room was clean.
Where do I begin…I checked with my special needs child, niece & nephew, all whom are minors. We arrived in town around 12:30 pm on Fri. 6/16, and I knew check in wasn’t until around 4 pm. I decided to go in & and ask the front desk if there were any early check in options, just to see. As I walked in, the facility looks really nice & clean, however, as I started approaching the front desk, there was a lady looking down at the desk who appeared to be either reading something or filling something out, and I noticed her peek up at me, no smile, and look back down. I walked up to the desk & paused, and she asked me how she could help me. Her demeanor immediately gave “why are you here/bothering me” but I smiled anyways & said “Excuse me. I was just wondering if there was any way I could check in my room early?” I informed her I already had a reservation & made it in town early. Also said if not, it’s not a big deal. I handed her my ID, and after she checked her computer she said 1 o’clock was the earliest she could do. I thanked her & said I’d be back. We left & grabbed lunch, came back to check in & again…not a warm welcome but it wasn’t much to speak about anyways. There was specifics on the room, amenities or anything regarding our stay, but I just checked in and went to our room. The next morning, the kids wanted breakfast so I decided to contact the front desk & see if they offered breakfast. (I usually check when booking, or it’s told during check in, but I’d forgotten to ask & didn’t want to really steak to this lady more than I needed to anyways.). The same lady (I noticed her voice quite clearly) answered the phone & I said “Good morning. I wanted to know you if offered breakfast?” She said “Yes” also with an attitude. Then there was silence…I paused a second & said “What’s the time for breakfast?” She said “11 o’clock”. Also with an attitude. I disconnected the call & took the kids...
