Breakfast. Balcony.
The drains are terrible. In the shower and sink. “Clogged.”

The AC in my room was broken and I was very tired and settled in to the room by the time I realized it. The hotel was a very poor value at $190/night.

Good location, large rooms and friendly staff.
The bathrooms don't have fans, which results in an unpleasant moldy odor.

The woman who ran the breakfast was awesome. Good variety.
The pool was out of service. So that was disappointing for my kids.

Bed was quite comfortable.
Bathroom was great-hot water & great water pressure.
Heating unit didn't provide even heat. Either hi heat or nearly none. Adjusting temp didn't provide even heat.
Silly loveseat/pull out is incredibly uncomfortable.
Breakfast was ok-no hot water for tea; eggs were depleted. Refilled 10 min. later when we were ready to go.

The location was great. The cleanliness and the staff was wonderful and very pleasant.
The only thing I didn't like was the heat in the pool area. But we did get the staff to help make it very comfortable for us. This is my favorite spot to stay when I do visit. Thank you all so much for making our stay comfortable and safe.

The women at the front desk was great and friendly. That was the best part.
Spent the night after a long drive towards NJ. The bed was literally like a rock. my fit 14 yo son woke up with back pain if that’s an indication. The room had a weird smell. The pillows were super uncomfortable. Then there was the bathroom. Soap dish, shower curtain and walls had black mold. The shower curtain looked like it had been burnt and shriveled in the dryer so it wouldn’t fully close. Worst part is, this hotel was more expensive than the surrounding hotels and I chose it because I normally love a Courtyard Marriott. With some new beds and a good room cleaning, this could be a nice place.

The beds were comfortable & it was clean.
Difficult to find, a very big bump at the entrance to the parking lot. We missed the entrance every time we tried to come even with the GPS giving directions. Some staff seemed very disinterested in their jobs - not rude but not terribly friendly. There was a sign that said that fine wines and beer were available for sale but all we were offered we two half filled wine bottles and a half filled bottle of Baileys. I have no idea what the charge was going to be for any of that because I chose not to purchase. Breakfast was coffee & cereal. When I asked for a box to carry the 3 cups, I was told there were none. I felt that the price was rather high for Monroeville & no services.

Very nice, comfortable and clean.
The shower cap was reused and hanging in bathroom. Coffee condiments were open. The price was expensive.

Clean, comfortable
Melissa was so accommodating, professional
Need some USB ports in rooms. Since rooms are not cleaned everyday and we emptied our own garbage , there should be easy access to replacement can liners.

Great location, large and clean rooms, and friendly service.
Rate could have been better!

Location hard to get to., Exits a problem, although the one to 22 at a light. Northern Pike entrance and exit a pain.

Easy to find. Close to convention center. Pleasant staff. Excellent water pressure. Clean room. WiFi worked well & we had 4 devices on at the same time. Complimentary Breakfast-in-a-bag was available every morning.
Indoor pool and the Bistro were closed (due to pandemic) during our stay. We weren’t informed of this online, only found out when we arrived.
The complimentary breakfast in a bag was the same each day. Skipped it out last day & went to restaurant for breakfast. The sleep sofa was NOT a full size. It’s more like a large twin.

Extremely clean with a nice entrance and free parking. Check in was hassle free. Room was spacious with 2 queen beds and again very clean. Had a comfortable stay and will try this location again. The hotel sits up off the Penn HWY which I found as a plus because of all the noise from the places I stayed at in town.
Would have been nice if the restaurant could have been open - but with Pennsylvania - that was understandable. There were places nearby to get some thing to eat as well food items available at the hotel.

The morning manager, Melissa, was absolutely wonderful despite conditions beyond her control.
There was no room cleaning service (no trash removal, no beds made, no clean towels delivered). The coffee bar and snack/restaurant were closed. You couldn’t even buy a cup of coffee. Breakfast was an apple and a Quaker Oats granola bar in a brown paper bag. No beverages were offered.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early which was helpful since traveling with kids and attending an event.
The rooms were dated and random stains on the couch and floor. One of the lamp shades was broken and Barry hanging on. Also found a random sock in the couch. There was an unpleasant odor to the room as well.

Location
The bed was hard. The tv’s are located in a awkward position, making it difficult to watch while laying down. And room service knocked on my door three times before it was time to check out, so much for sleeping in!

The view and room was good.
Pool not open and no breakfast bar due to covid-19
