Great Comfy Stay!

Pros - everything was very clean, staff were so accommodating and welcoming! Which I really appreciated, especially coming from a long drive. Rooms were comfy, bathrooms were stocked and clean. We had plenty of kitchenware and extra pillows. Pool was nice and clean too.

Maybe some music poolside or a mini bar outside. Kids activities. But other than that, Everything was great!

De inventaris was allang niet meer gecheckt: niet compleet & kapot. Gehele locatie is zeer verouderd (donker en gedateerd) en heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Daarmee zeer prijzig voor wat er geleverd wordt. Airco’s maken enorm veel lawaai

Pool was great. Food was great. Room was absolutely awful

The room smelled so bad. The ceiling was leaking water. Crumbled ceiling fragments all over in bedroom

Nett aber würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen

Frühstück war ok! Kaffee und Säfte gut.

Die Möbel bzw. die gesamte Einrichtung ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf dringend einer Sanierung. Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche… Dreckiger Teppich Auch die Poollandschaft könnte bei den Möbeln eine Neuausstattung vertragen. Keine Schirme am Pool Personal unfreundlich. Um 22:00 wurden wir sehr rabiat aus dem Poolbereich verscheucht. Da die Zimmer keine Balkone haben, gab es somit keine Möglichkeit noch draußen zu sitzen.

小さなキッチンが付いていました。朝食の内容は、アメリカで良くあるソーセージ等の肉類、タマゴ料理、ジャガイモ料理に、パン類という典型的なものでしたが、プールサイドで朝食を採れるようになっていました。朝日を浴びて、気持ちの良い1日のスタートを切れました。洗濯機は、各棟の2階に設置されていて、2.5ドル／回です。すぐそばにスターバックスと、Yard Houseというレストランがあります。Yard Houseでは、そこで醸造しているビールと美味しくリーズナブルな料理が堪能できました。

部屋に入った瞬間、清掃時の洗剤がカーペットにしみ込んでいるのか、独特の臭いがしました。暫く居れば慣れるのですが、匂いに敏感な人は、ちょっと厳しいかもしれません。

Good hotel overalll. Rooms were confortable, but bathrooms need some updating. Breakfast is as good as a continental breakfast with a some extras items. I

Good option for big families, but updated rooms.

The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. The check-in was quick and all information was provided. I didn't have breakfast but it seemed to be pretty nice. The location is also good. I would go back.

The room was very updated, and we could feel the smell of old. The bed was not much comfortable too. Maybe the hotel need to refurbish their rooms. Besides that facts, the hotel was ok, maybe a little overpriced but as all hotels in Naples.

Look for another place!

Central Location. The beach is far, though. A good drive away.

Very sparse breakfast. Cumbersome floor plan, requiring long walks to the elevator and back. The charge was higher than the quote. Presumably the difference is the taxes, not included in quote. The inquiry on the topic with the staff (hotel manager, Elizabeth at the front desk) were not responded to despite requests emailed. Same with Booking.com inquiry. The photo below (from a video I took) shows ants walking happily on the desk in the room.

Nice and relaxing stay at the beach.

The room was very good and very confortable. The bed was also very good. The only thing I did not like too much was the breakfast. There was no bread for breakfast and every day we had the same food as the day before, I little bit boring.

As I wrote above, the only thing I did not like very much was the breakfast, no bread and boring.
