I only stayed one night paid for two if I don't get reimbursed I will never use you again.

Nothing place smelled, roaches, cough stained. They are remodeling early noise could hear people through wall.

My stay was great.

I didn’t like how challenging it was to get on the WiFi. I had to use my personal hotspot to connect. It should be easier.

Great stay and we would come again!

I had not stayed in a TownePlace Suites before. The size of the suite and the amenities provided were a delightful surprise! The staff was very helpful. The room was quiet - not much road noise as in places closer to the Interstate. The price was reasonable. We would stay here again when in Tallahassee.

Signage for entrance from the highway could have been better. We loved the idea that there was a couch to sit on (instead of a bed or office chair), but the couch was very hard.

Comfortable place to stay for awhile except the couch.

The location was perfect for visiting a friend who lives in that area. The queen bed with 4 pillows was plush and comfortable for my wife and I although I prefer a king. The couch was hard as a rock and the back and arms were small so overall the couch was a no-go for me. The kitchen looked nice, but we didn't use it except to make coffee. Everything was clean. We did not do the breakfast (although it was included) as we had a breakfast meeting with our friend. Check in and check out were fast and smooth. Staff was very friendly.

The sleeper sofa was not comfortable to sit in. Hard as a rock. Signage could be better.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Uns fehlte eine Bratpfanne und etwas Butter, beides wurde umgehend durch die Reception organisiert. Sehr gute Einrichtung

Checkin person was exceptionally warm and pleasant.

Suite was much larger than I expected And included a full kitchen! (I usually stay in hotel rooms) Bed was blissfully comfortable. Very clean throughout. Good security.

Great place to stay at good price. I'll look for this when I travel

First room HORRIFIC-second room Nice

The rooms, if properly cleaned are actually quite nice and the set up is awesome.

I hate giving bad reviews but unfortunately, the first room we were given was disgusting. It had dirty dishes in cabinet, the microwave was dirty, the floor was not vacuumed, and it smelled like urine. The worst of all was that there were roaches!!! Even on the bed frame. It was REALLY gross. I have never had such an experience before. It was late so instead of leaving altogether we requested another room in another building. There was only one room available in the same building so we decided to check it out and that room was actually really nice and smelled clean. And NO ROACHES! The lady at the front desk wasn't mean or nice but indifferent which was strange considering. I would expect in such a situation to be offered a refund or at least a discount but neither happened. She did not even apologize. The rooms, if properly cleaned are actually quite nice and the set up is awesome. Halls are old. My experience was very conflicting.

Superb

Very nice, convenient location, comfortable accommodations. It was our first time at a TownePlace Suites, but we will seek them out in future travels. It is also great that they are pet-friendly.

The mattress was a bit soft.

Adequate for 1 night but overpriced for FSU graduation

Good location, but poor signage . My gps took me around in circles 3 times!

Room air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted. We froze for several hours, then it was warm during the night, then freezing again! Hot breakfast was not kept filled. No bananas.

That there was no cleaning done and there was old dish soap and a dishwasher table left in the dishwasher. there was no hand washing soap, no new dish soap or dishwasher soap, no lotion, there was missing towels, missing blankets, part of the TV stand was broken, the foot stool was stained, there was a stain on the bedsheet.

location was great. associate that greeted and did check in was friendly and informative

noise was very apparent. pool noise, could hear foot steps upstairs very loudly, and outside noises/voices. could use some better soundproofing! and not a huge deal my my tv regular channels would not work and it said hello Donald…my name is Rane

If you need an extra bed and are planning to use the sofa bed, steer clear of this property.

The fold out sofa bed was unusable. It did not have a mattress, was flat and hard as a rock.

it was a pleasant stay, but the room should have been cleaned better

I liked the space in the rooms

I did not like the sheets on the pull out coach with crumbs on the floor from not being cleaned. the room should have been cleaned better. that was the only issue

Beautiful property, quiet, clean, the beds feel like you're sleeping on clouds, and breakfast is hot, delicious, and free. The staff is friendly and eager to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

The stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable. Shower was awesome and had plenty of room. The room was laid out nicely

It was quiet. Was very well laid out. Had a full kitchen if we wanted to cook. Decent sized room.

Parking was very little compared to the amount of rooms the hotel has. No covered area for the smokers. Had to have keyed access to even get in building, not really good when you have food delivered. Also, the coffee pot was not cleaned when the room was cleaned obviously, still had coffee in it and coffee spilled on counter. The sanitizing wipes in bathroom that were provided were expired in 2022. The smell in the hallway after someone cooked cabbage.
