Will stay again

Free room upgrade. Clean.

Was in a bit of disrepair. Renovations were underway.

Disgusting

Nothing.

The room smelled like Mildew, there were dead bugs in the bathroom. There was hair in the sheets and towels. The most disturbing part was the stain spots that were on the sheets. I left before even getting into bed.

Clean facilities and comfortable rooms made the stay a joy.

Western Knoxville is great for us so this location was great. Hot breakfast was good and plentiful.

Fine. Stay was before medical procedure not for fun

Had to leave before breakfast so you owe us 2. Husband was in severe pain all night so it was rough for us. Hotel was good 👍 and convenient for us. Bath towels should be next to bath and hand towels beside sink. Just saying!

Excellent all around. Wish we could have stay longer, and utilize the full amenities. Though, we had to get home.

Friendly staff, easy check in, cleanliness, and location.

Had a concern about the elevator. Though, it would not keep us from staying there again.

Highly scented, outdated, but high priced

Plenty of parking for a trailer. Room size.

This property hasn't been updated in a long time and it shows. The products they use to clean are heavily scented and unpleasant if you are sensitive to fragrances. Made me wonder if they were trying to mask bad smells. The furniture in the room isn't very functional (for luggage, making coffee, etc) or visually pleasing. The sheets were a fabric that didn't feel good on my skin. The staff were fine, but not friendly and welcoming. I just did a road trip across the country and this was my most expensive, but least pleasant, room. Not a good value and not what I expect from Marriott.
