Great stay and will stay again.

The property is conveniently situated near shops, food and the interstate. The property was very clean and quiet even though there were a lot of people staying in the hotel.

No free breakfast.

Very! Very nice room

The room was excellent! The pool and spa, while not open, while we were there (due to the time it opened and closed..maybe change it from 10-10 to 8-11) so it's more available...the staff was very friendly and willing to correct any problems..

Starbucks being the only coffee (we didn't see any coffee urns offering free coffee for those who don't want to spend Starbucks prices) and no continental breakfast...not even cold food..everything was Ala carte... Plus a 7.50 charge to park our car on the property? Come on! At 160.00 per night, one should get free parking at least, For the above reasons, we won't be returning...

Convenient to the location that I was visiting

Food was way too expensive for frozen bag food. Water buildup in the sink as I’m brushing my teeth. Then fire department comes on a false alarm woke me up to early for my last day

It was noisy on our floor ALL evening. We heard fighting and banging on the walls. We heard yelling this was on the third floor from 11 pm through 5 am; it made our stay uncomfortable we didn’t even want to leave the room or make a complaint. and the parking lot outside reeked of cannabis.

I'd probably stay again

The location was excellent right off 95 with plenty of places to eat. The room was comfortable, and the view we had was descent. We loved the fact that the mall was within walking distance. For the price and the location, I'd probably stay again.

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly, and having to pay for parking was kinda stupid. Also, the room I booked on booking.com wasn't even the room they gave us. I asked for 2 queen beds, and the lady at the desk said they only had 1 king bedroom available when we got there. My oldest son had to sleep on the couch 😔

Not bad for a quick trip. I would rebook if in the area again.

Close to Balian Springs. On site Restaurant. Clean. On site parking.

Ice machine was loud. Didn’t know parking wasn’t included and was not told upon check-in.
