It was close to I-75 and it offered breakfast
The shower was cold, you could hear the people next to you and above you. The breakfast was just okay.

Good location, decent price. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good.
Got put in a weird room on a corner.

Super clean and the towels were full size towels. The rooms were beautiful.
They didn’t take chime cards for the damage deposit. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We stayed for one night to rest during our road trip. It couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel is well located in the area with lots of restaurants so it's easy to find a place to eat. The room is nice and spacious and the bed is very comfy. Parking is free and easy to find in the hotel parking areas. Unfortunately we had to leave very early on the next morning because we had to continue our road trip and didn't get the chance to try the breakfast. Will definitely looking forward to stay again at this hotel or another Best Western Plus location!

The room was a great size. The king size bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast could have been hotter and more fruit options.

Nice hotel close to Knoxville and Oak Ridge ideal for business trip in both cities as well as for tourism. The room is big and nice and clean. Good service at the reception desk. A car is needed for any displacement.
The breakfast is not so large with a limited choice especially for the fruits or cake. It is mainly and american breakfast with limited fresh products. Too much air conditioning in the hotel, but maybe this is typical in US. The ration quality/cost is in my opinion to low (medium quality / high costs).
5.0
The breakfast was ok.
The room was next to the lift and guests were very noisy. Bedroom carpet was grotty. The linen smelled of tobacco or something as unpleasant.
9.0
Easy to get in and out of. Girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean.
The only issue was the interstate traffic. You can definitely hear it. Not that big a deal for my group, but could be for some.
6.0
The staff was very helpful.
There was a group of kids that were up all night running the halls and being obnoxious.

I felt very safe and room was cozy!

From the moment we walked in, everything was so clean & everyone was so friendly! The continental breakfast had plenty of choices (hot & cold) and was delicious! The location was easily accessible.
There wasn’t anything we “didn’t” like - Maybe the hot water in the shower could’ve gotten a tad hotter, but was definitely warm enough to bathe in.
10.0
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast variety, and comfortable beds after a long day of driving

Room was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was polite and nice.
The room darkening curtain in our room was messed up and would not close.

Location and cost
Bathroom. Bad shower.
Breakfast was nothing special.
Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am.

Facility was fine.
The general manager and assistant manager and the owner made me extremely sorry I had stayed there two nights to attend my class reunion Xmas dinner. Only upon checkout did I learn the extent of their attitude toward me a 77 year old widow traveling on her own. Never again will I go to. Best Western if that is the way guests who pay cash are treated!

The breakfast was great, lots of variety. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The "kitchen" in my suite consisted of a sink and a dishwasher. There were no dishes whatsoever. I know during the height of Covid this was a thing but there's not much point of booking a suite with a kitchen when it has nothing to offer.

Good location, plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Strong air-conditioning. Free wifi. Good TV channel selection.
Little bit of freeway noise (to be expected given it is by the freeway, which was part of the appeal – didn't need to detour too far off my route). The curtains didn't quite close all the way so the early sun can wake you sooner than you might prefer.

The breakfast was very nice
The desk clerk checking me in was very informative
The room had a very mildewy smell to it. Never found any mold after searching but certainly had a smell. Did discover puddling water under sink
The a/c was very noisy when cycling on to the point of waking me up

Friendly staff and great climate control. My spouse and I like it very cold with a constant fan, and this room had that.
The room was pretty out dated. Rust all over the fixtures in the bathroom and an uncomfortable bed.
