It was ok,but no hot chocolate, no hard boiled eggs, no sugar-free syrup

Water pressure in my shower was horrible, I was fixing coffee one morning and a roach was crawling up the wall where the microwave was.

Perfectly fine hotel, with the usual dim room lighting.

Staff was very cheerful and helpful. Spacious suite.

No overhead or far-reaching lighting. Each little area had a lamp or other light, but even with everything on, the place seemed dark to me.

Decepcionante. NO volveremos.

Confort de la habitación

NO funcionaba el ascensor (y tuvimos que subir las maletas por una escalera). Los empleados NO ayudaron a subir las maletas NO nos dieron llave de entrada a la habitación (y teníamos que recurrir a algún empleado para poder entrar a la habitación). NO había desayuno (solo café, leche y pan)

It got the job done for what we were needing in a short time frame.

The front desk staff were friendly.

The tv was outdated and the elevator was dirty.

Not the best but decent

The elevator was broken to the 3rd floor but they were able to give us a room on the first floor which was nice the guy at the front desk was really helpful in accommodating us

The room could have been a little cleaner the couch and ottoman had nasty white stains all over it I feel like it could use a major cleaning and I was up for breakfast around 6ish and there was nothing left no eggs and I didn’t see anyone to refill it so if your looking for a room and counting on eating breakfast there don’t This probably isn’t the hotel for you

We were really looking forward to it and would have stayed somewhere else if we knew this. We even called to confirm it was open prior to our travel, they should of let us then.

Good place to stay!

Nice suite. Friendly staff. Pretty good breakfast spread.

Shower spigot did not work properly. Coffee was very weak. Sharing TV with bedroom and living room.

The highlight was a clean room but the extra hotel amenities were just ok.

The pool was tiny, especially for being a warm/hot weather city. The breakfast was microwave type of food.

Horrible. He wasn’t able to rest because of the stress of the room and his card being charged.

I booked the room for a friend who needed the rest and relaxation. I called the hotel after I booked to make sure he would not be charged at any point in his stay. He arrived after commuting an hour and the doors were locked. He waited 20 mins for the lady to come open the doors for him. The lady at the front desk gave him a room and key. He was walking to the room given when he heard her calling him back. She said she made a mistake and sent him to a room that was already occupied. Then she goes back to the computer and she told him my card declined and that he had to pay. He kept trying to show her the confirmation email and she didn’t want to see it. She ended up charging his card for the night to stay. He then texted me and told me what was going on so I immediately called. The employee was clueless as to what was happening. She insisted my card was declined then she asked me to find out his card # cause she was confused. I found out the info and made her aware and then I was on hold for an hour before she came back on and said she changed it back to my card. She was unprofessional and didn’t know anything happening. She had no competence whatsoever. I will not be booking with them anymore. It was my intention to make sure he was relaxed and carefree for once and it was ruined. He wasn’t able to sleep after that fiasco. It was a pointless stay and waste of money.
