We were pleased enough to note this chain for future stays.

Breakfast was adequate. The room itself was very nice, compact but livable. The kitchen was great!

slightly more room in the room would have been better. We'd like a curbless shower in future stays.

great location

the convenience of having my family in one room.

there was cigarette burn holes on the couch and floor. the ac units wouldn’t turn off and one of them was dripping bad in the bedroom. had to have maintenance come fix the issue.

fair was charged $28 more then what room bill was they told me to check with general mgr

The location was perfect. Was in town for the spike fest. Pet friendly is a extra plus!

The mattress was little worn There was a dirty plate in the cabinet.fridge wasn't wiped out. A lamp on the desk was rusty around the bottom of it No USB ports.

easy on/off I64, close to restaurants and Marshall University. very nice room/suite.

in town to ride the Autumn Colors train to Hinton. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful .

Quiter than the Double tree hilton

The most friendly staff I've encountered in the area ,the breakfast staff was a joy to talk to every morning.

Had to move rooms due to sink drain issue but the staff took great care of us.

The room was very nice and clean

Honestly breakfast was pretty weak. At 9am most everything was gone, and wasn’t replenished for about 45 minutes. Seemed the person was working desk and breakfast so apparently understaffed Also our TV never worked (no signal message).. troublshooting tips with front desk did not work. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we were not in the room much. But… should have been remedied I think.

cheap place to stay for a night

finding this hotel is easy. seems to be more for long term stays. trash was left outside door across from us for 2 days.

pool area not easy to access. breakfast area wasn’t very kid friendly at all. maybe have TV set up for kids to watch and not all news channel

I would definitely stay there again and will look for Town Place Suites in other cities.

Breakfast was good, lots to choose from.

Housekeeping, I had to get another housekeeper to do what my previous housekeeper should have done. Wendy is a very good housekeeper, she doesn't mind doing what she's paid to do. Hat's off to Wendy!

Disapointing

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. Large room with small kitchen and couch. Breakfast was okay, nothing great, but it wasn't bad.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It had a large divot in the middle of the bed so you couldn't stay on your own side, you just fell to the middle. The check-in staff didn't check my id, just took my word for who I was. The smoke detector in the room had a paper towel rubber banded to it.

Poor

The room and public areas are in poor repair. The room smelled bad and wasn't very clean. The furnishings were very worn and stained. Closets had broken shelving and dishes were dirty in the cabinet. Breakfast items were very limited and several meal components ran out before we ate.

Front desk was not very friendly and the place was in ill repair.

They packed up breakfast too early. By 9:15 there was barely any food out … by 9;30 they put everything up. Some people sleep late on vacation

Disappointing

Lay out of the room.

Trash was left in the closet of room which lead to doubts a out cleanliness. Room phone wasn't connected, so when a fire alarm went off there was no way of contacting front desk. The lack of a portico makes checking in difficult during inclement weather. The kitchen for breakfast looked like it was undergoing renovation so the hot breakfast was questionable.
