Clean, comfortable hotel near Dulles.

Hotel was close to airport, shuttle service was great, picked us up at 1 am, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, area clean and well stocked.

Shockingly disappointing - lack of service, horrible breakfast

The pool was great.

1. I reported I accidentally broke a bottle in my bathroom after we checked in at 11:00 p.m. I was told there was no one who could clean it up. As I had a 5 year-old with me, I cleaned it myself and used towels to mop up the drink and amass the teeny shards into the corner behind the toilet. The next day after we got back to the room in the afternoon, cleaning staff hadn't cleaned our room. I reported it again and a guy came up with a broom and carried the towels which contained shards of glass across my room. Again, I had a 5 year old. There were 6 teeny shards of glass I cleaned from the floor. The bathroom still smelled of the drink because he didn't mop it. 2. No one ever cleaned in the 3 days we were there and I had to ask for towels to replace those I used to clean up the bottle. 3. Breakfast was awful, low quality, disgusting. There was nothing I could give my 5 year old without loads of sugar or additives. Paper plates, styrofoam and plastic utensils is not what you'd expect for the money paid. These are the biggest issues I have.

Simpatia dos funcionários, café da manhã, próximo do aeroporto. E hotel para viajar no dia seguinte, se for sair de Washington dulles.

Once was enough.

Location. Spacious and clean Room.

Dirty unkempt and oversized outdoor furniture at entrance. NOISE from Pool. Homemade printed Signs taped onto surfaces everywhere within the building. Quite unprofessional looking. Lots of stains and damage to the walls in the hallways. Yet MORE homemade signs on the Lifts. Annoying and antiquated TV + operating system.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our short stay in the hotel. Thank you for a free shuttle bus from/to the airport, it was so convenient! We were warmly welcomed by the stuff despite the fact that we arrived at night. Check in and check out process was super easy and fast. The room was beautiful and clean and has everything we needed. I personally loved the comfort of the bed and slept very well.

I'd like the breakfast to has more options.

Good location for short stays

Good location near dulles. Hotel was priced right for the accommodations. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

Elevators had a printed sign stating 5 people max (but inside it says 15 and 2500 pounds). The first night we got registered and got to the elevators and heard knocking from the elevator. There were 5 guys stuck inside. They had been inside for 5 to 10 minutes. Maintenance came and pushed the door open and it had stopped about 18 inches above the floor level. The guy got them out and did something and said it was fine to use. I'm not sure why it hadn't been repaired if they knew this was a problem. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
