Friendly staff. Sufficient tc channels

No tv remote. Chewed up Gum in my pillow case. Toilet water ran loud ALL night for 3 nights. Extremely overcharged my first night. Room telephone was smashed and on the floor. One bath towel etc etc

I checked in then went to eat with the kids. Came back went to bathroom and it was covered in all sizes of roaches (the walls floor sink shower) . only had 2 towels no wash rags or floor mat nor did they have any at the office. Had no bug spray. No trash bags. Glad I don't work there would have been ashamed to rent it out.

Drug hotel and prostitution. Right when I got my room. Prostitute paid clerk in front of me I never slept in the room. Smelled of smoke for anon smoke room and I have COPD

The sheets were still damp!!! And the fact that it felt like some individuals were watching who goes in what room and what they take with them. I ended up just taking a shower and leaving i slept in the car instead and came back the next morning to check out.

upon arrival was given key card which did not work. husband walked to office, again did not work, walked to office again, card did not open door. called desk and told them was not walking back again, was told they would send someone to help. finally a maid showed up and let us in but we couldn’t leave to attend a meeting we had scheduled because we couldn’t lock door. called and ask if we could switch rooms, was put in another room and the exact same thing happened. couldn’t get in room. husband walked down there again and was told they would send someone to open door. waited and waited, finally called to ask someone to come and open door for us. By this time, we had been there over an hour and had not been able to get in. clerk came and let us in but said if we went somewhere, we would have to get someone to let us in upon returning. by this time, we had missed our appointment that we had driven 2 hours for because we had the dog with us and couldn’t take her to the appointment. We tried to get a refund (almost $100) and was told the manager wasn’t there and couldn’t refund our money. we ended up leaving and driving back home. only had double bed, roach infested and far from clean. Stay away if you’re smart!! NEVER AGAIN!!
