Very friendly staff. Especially Rogit(sp?)
Everything was perfect

It's your typical Courtyard. The hotel is clean and has a friendly, helpful staff. It's nice that food options are available for breakfast and dinner, plus bar services. The food is tasty but a little on the pricier side.
This is no fault of the property, but the location requires a car to reach most places. There are a few chain restaurants nearby, but that's about it. The room's layout made it difficult to view the TV in bed.

Breakfast was ok but pretty skimpy especially for the price tag. Service was great though!
Heartier fare!

convenient, good location, clean, quiet AC, nice view out windows, comfortable bed.
$10.00 per night to park. no free coffee in AM, add on fees to room cost.

Nice and clean good location
nothing

The restaurant close by.
Getting charged for the room twice. Rude front desk upon check in. Incompetent front desk at check out. Charged our card for the room even though we had previously paid on booking.com.

nice bed and room. lobby was comfortable
my room was missing coffee machine and hair dryer

The beds were fine. Shower fine. But. No room cleaning provided for a 3 night stay. Minimal only one hook to hang towels for 2 people. One bar of soap. No lotion. Minimal amenities. Night light would be nice.
Disappointed that they reduced choice of cleaning to every other day or none. I chose every other day and it did not happen. Not a worthy experience with Marriott expectation

Room layout was inefficient and poorly planned

Honorable mention to the front desk clerk Vish. He was very pleasant and made checking in a very pleasurable experience. Love the breakfast and Starbucks you can order there.

Have stayed here a number if times as its close to my in laws. The bathroom mirror was broken. The sofa is pretty useless to sit it without pillows as the back is too away.
The staff are always friendly, and the barbservice/food is great.
But our first night there were loud men in the hottub outside our room till after closing time, and late yesterday afternoon when we were trying to nap - very loud college age boys were in the pool with loud music Staff didn't seem to notice. And 2 maids had parked their carts outside our room.for about an hour speaking very loudly with their phones going off with very loud ring tones 5 or 6 times. Went out to ask them to keep it down twice - didn't belp. So not as good experience this time...

it was the shortest drive to where we needed to be and located near some great food spots! we overall really enjoyed it. the staff was so friendly and extremely helpful in every situation that’s rose. they even put together and and brought a cute little birthday snack pack for my son which we LOVED.
I didn’t like that we had fans blowing every night. we were offered to switch rooms (we we appreciate so much) but we were already settled by this point. I guess a little heads up next time would be nice. our room was clean enough, we didn’t have an extra roll of toilet paper, so I had to ask the front desk for one. My 12 year old also found an empty condom wrapper on the side of his bed (which we did not touch so it’s likely still there) and we took a photo.

Beautiful room! Good size, tasteful decor, and furniture attractive. Shower had good water pressure and comfortable for my husband's limited mobility.
The heating/cooling unit so dated. The thermostat not reliable. No info, notebook, to give amenities such as breakfast times, nearby restaurants , info about pool , map of property, pet area including bags and trash can for pet pickup. Only info given was time of breakfast which was oral at checkin, and no map to show room location and pet area etc. These are basic information items that are usually given at checkin and in the room!

Although there are 2 hotels of the same name in Thousand Oaks the location was good for our next stop the following day.
The 2 hotels of the same name is confusing, we went to the wrong one as did 5 other people the guy on reception told us, he also thought it was daft having 2 the same name.
The AC was loud, there was no safe and breakfast was supposed to be until 11, when we checked out at 10 there was nothing in sight
$5 bottle of water from vendor

I loved the staff. Every single person I asked a question was very nice and always had the answer. The property was very clean.
The bed was not comfortable but that could of been just personal preference.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Reception Person (I think his name was Ed) was overly accommodating.
Quite refreshing. The folks who served breakfast were kind courteous and very willing to serve. All in all a most memorable stay.
All great.
