Room: bathroom door does not close; faucet fell off in hand; curtains falling off rod; large stain as you enter; reservation for 4 - given two towels.
Check out: receipt says one thing but when I checked my card, I was charged a higher amount. I have emailed the property three times and have received no response. Also, there is an unauthorized $20 :VISA" charge. No idea what that is. I don't remember being told about that. If someone responds to me, I will up date this but so far I would NOT recommend this place.
room needs work and bill problem. see above

The room is ever looked the river, which I really do like. And the swimming pool was nice. And obviously it’s in a nice area of the shopping center.
The room had a funky smell that was being covered up by fragrance that was giving me a terrible headache. The hallway smelled of weed. I even stayed here twice. Just hoping the first experience was. Fluke. So twice in one week, and I experienced the same thing both times. never again.

Some of the staff was great it was convenient for where I needed to be
Being charged twice and no resolution and unhelpful staff

The the balcony suite was very nice. We watched the boats go down the river.
The person working the bistro was a little rude. She was out of a lot of things. We understand that, but she wasn’t very nice telling us what she had and did not have.

Good enough beds
3 towels given for 4 people, went to front desk to ask for 1 more towel, stood there for 25mins alongside other people while front desk ignored us and talked on phone, eventually just went back to room and used wet towel. Wrappers on floor under desk and very dusty room. Attempted to use pool but a family of 8 basically owned it. Little kids jumping off hot tub/waterfall area into pool, kicking us and getting hit with footballs while the parents sat in hot tub looking at phones paying no attention. No staff around to reinforce pool/hot tub rules and parents obviously have no respect for others and aren't going to bother to teach their kids any either. Had to ask for coffee to be made twice in lobby. No one at bistro when trying to order food during breakfast hours. Elevators were the slowest things ever. No a/c in hallways or lobby. Door handle to our room was messed up and had to ask housekeeping to help us get in a couple times. Basically had to slam body against door at the right time to get it to open.

////We faced the Monongahela River. The window view allowed us to see Tug Boats pushing barges along river.
Very clean rooms and with a couch to sit in as well.

I prefer hotels with breakfast included in the price…if they offer breakfast.

Location was good, the room was comfortable.
Waited 15 minutes to check in, & the staff was not friendly. The bathroom was dirty around front of the tub with brown water damage in corner. There was no free breakfast or coffee, really.

The staff
The lack of getting some bottles water. The little mini restaurant was under staff and no vending machines to get water

The staff was absolutely amazing!!!
Did not like that they don't tell you that there is a daily charge for parking. The pool was closed the first whole day we were there. They kept telling us different times and days that the pool would be open. Ice machine was broken.

Location was decent.
Found the door to my room unlocked and open when I came back to it then next day. Wasn’t happy. Staff didn’t do anything. Said just to check to make sure nothing was missing.

Marriott can do much better for the price you charge! Yes the location is good/ convenient to everything, however the slamming of the doors in the middle of the night is unacceptable, the dirty bathroom is unacceptable, and the noise you hear from the room upstairs is definitely unacceptable for the price! The only reason I would stay here again is only it's convenient to me and my family that lives in that town! Otherwise, thumbs down to Marriott.
It's all in my comment above

the room was not clean. Old dirt and dust bunnies behind the bathroom door (not visible until door was closed).
Dirty washcloth hanging on top of shower curtain.
Stains on mattress revealed by ill-fitting sheet.
Old air condition unit hard to control.

Staff was quick to remedy the issue we had with our room. We were able to switch rooms without any trouble.
The room we stayed in wasn't great. The tub in the bathroom had stains in it, there was weird electrical wires jutting out from the wall above the bed, and the worst part- the AC didn't work at all. At one point on the second night it got up to 80 degrees, and I couldn't sleep. So we had to switch rooms which wasn't at all ideal.

Staff was AWESOME!
The location was excellent!
One working elevator.
Ice machine not working and had a foul odor.
The sink in the bathroom drained slow
