Great location. Walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. Quiet.
The room wasn’t that clean.

My room smelled very strongly of dog. I do not live with dogs I do not want to smell anyone else's dogs. I go to mail clinic for my health and I cannot imagine smelling animals is doing anything for my health or my peace of mind.
Also, when I stepped into the bathtub which was too tall for my 5'2 height, I slipped. I was afraid to try to take another shower because I barely was able to get out of the tub without falling. Safety bars would be necessary on any room not just handicap rooms.
Safety bars on the tub.
Non-pet rooms!

Great location to Mayo. Subway access from hotel’s elevator. Ability to make my own meals in my room. Staff extremely hospitable.
Additional charge for parking.

Hotel is connected to the underground pedestrian subway system allowing easy access to Mayo Hospital buildings. It was a 5 minute underground walk or a 3 minute street walk to the hospital. The provided breakfast was great - hot and cold items available. Hotel staff was very helpful. We used outside parking which was secure. The studio room was spacious and the windows had blackout curtains making it extremely easy to sleep.

Wasn’t much to eat waiting for food to come out. Ended up going elsewhere for breakfast
Not enough food and the wait

Friendly staff. Easy to get to Mayo.
Very, very dated room interiors. Horrible sheets on beds. Been needing an upgrade to room for decades.
3.5
Indoor parking, close to mayo, free breakfast, good bed & pillows, friendly front desk
Room listed as "city view" which in reality was a huge brick wall. Not a big problem, but a simple "obstructed" would have been more accurate.

The location was amazing... very convenient to Mayo clinic. We could use the subway system for a quick walk to all of our appointments without going out in the cold weather. The rooms are nicely set up. Front desk staff so very nice and helpful. Got us checked in early... thank you so much.
This was our second stay at the hotel. In spite of all the positives we will likely book another hotel for our next stay. The rooms need updating, but most importantly the beds are not comfortable.

Could have had more healthy items
Bagels whole wheat and cream cheese
Some fruit not a lot so you don’t have to throw it away. Like bananas or apples
As a Marriott member would like to upgrade when making the reservation

In a really nice beautiful green area. Clean and well maintained.
The only thing is the pope area for pets was a little messy from customers not picking up after their furry family member.

Size and layout and amenities of the room were good. Thr kitchen was awesome and I loved that the kitchen and living space was separated from the bedroom.Staff were pleasant location was good. Right near mayo where we needed it to be.
Not much offerings for breakfast. There's not really a main entrance and you have to pay for parking, which is fine, but there aren't many temp spots for checking in which made it a bit tricky. The sofa, carpet, and bed all seemed like they were due for an update, especially the sofa which squeaked anytime you moved. I would really recommend putting the tvs on mounts with movable necks so you can turn them depending on if you are in the living or bed room areas. The way they are now is just asking for them to accidentally get knocked over.

Location was great. Connected to the "Subway" tunnel system.
It needs a little TLC.

Breakfast was very good considering covid. Location was wonderful.
The shower head was broken. The maintenance man tried to fix it. Did a fair job.

Subway walk underground and out of the weather from hotel to Mayo was a lifesaver in February!
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
HVAC system was very noisy and kicking on/off during the night made sleep more difficult.
Other complaint was minor, extended stay with kitchenette but SS pan with warped bottom only made contact with about a 3-inch circle in the middle of the pan to the electric burner surface. Sunken middle burns and sticks and edges never cook. We went out and bought a non-stick aluminum pan after 1 very frustrating attempt to make scrambled eggs.
