The staff were friendly; but the bathroom got flooded from a leak.

The staff especially Julie was real helpful.

Our bathroom was flooded from a leak from the floor above. The shower faucet won’t switch properly so the shower head is barely functional.

Nice location, but hotel needs work.

location was nice

hotel was run down in some areas, shower didn’t run properly and sink didn’t shut off. I paid extra for breakfast and it wasn’t worth getting because it wasn’t like other courtyard hotels that had hot meals. the cereal, small coffee and muffin selection was similar to other lower end hotels who offer complementary breakfast. definitely wasn’t worth the extra cost.

older building, so it’s loud. road noise and neighbor’s footsteps are heard for sure.

We paid a higher room rate to include breakfast but cook was a no-show. Front desk was apologetic but unable to process a rate adjustment without a manager override.

Good

We did expect breakfast to be included, but it wasn’t. This was the only place we could book due to the holiday weekend, so we paid more than we wanted to. However, the reviews (read after we booked) were so awful that we were afraid we had made a mistake. On the contrary, it was a fine room, and true to many positive comments on the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. You can’t always trust reviews—some people are just angry, and they vent on any forum they can. We were pleased with our stay.

I think the price may have been a bit inflated.

Literally none of the amenities were available 😒 if i would have known that I would have picked a different hotel. I picked this hotel because i had stayed previously and it was great but this was my daughters birthday and we were disappointed
