Disappointing stay

The location was as expected, I selected the place because its location.

The whole property is under construction, so it's dirty and noisy. A property like this I was expecting that at least will not charge full price. On top of that, during the 3 days I spent in this property, no one entered to clean my room!! even not to remove the waste. The maids are not speaking a word in English, so even if I tried to ask for service, it was like talking to the wall....

Would probably look elsewhere.

Breakfast was okay, many times things were not available. The kitchen was nice and clean appreciated the full size refrigerator. Bed slept well.

The bathroom. Too cramped, narrow, the door barely misses the toilet. No pressure from the shower. The price was a bit too high.

Nice area, cleanliness outside helpful attentive staff

When we arrived in the room there was a very strong odor of mens cologne. Also on the last night the people across from me appeared to be smoking and set the alarm off. Not to mention they were playing loud music and screaming at each other during the night.

The property was beautiful. Night staff man was a real jerk. Said he couldn't find my booking with booking.com and left me standing at the door at midnight and would even unlock it to let me show him my reservation. Yelled out I will call the cops! Go away we are full.

Friendly, safe, helpful and very eager to please!!

Breakfast was hot and delicious with many choices! Eggs or egg sandwiches, fresh fruit cereals and so many friendly staff with smiles all around. I can't wait for my next trip to Tampa FL.

I could not find one thing. I was just sad I had to leave lol 🤣

A comfortable and well-appointed hotel in a convenient location.

The room, a studio-suite, was clean, well-appointed, and had good natural lighting with two windows. Kitchen was nicely appointed. Staff was friendly on check-in. Entire hotel was very clean.

Parking was a HUGE problem. We had to often park at a neighboring hotel or behind a nearby restaurant.

For the time we were there it was just what was required.

The location was very good. The rooms were just what I expected them to be. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu was a bit weak. No pastry and some of the portions appeared skimpy and unappealing.

Great Comfortable Stay !

The bed was so comfortable. I slept very well. The grounds are clean and maintained. The front desk was Courteous. I will stay again when I’m in Tampa
