Great location
2.0 / 5.0
It was the only place open priced below 300$
Dirty, uncomfortable beds, there were hairs in the beds and in the showers when we got there. The shower drain was plugged. There were only 2 towels for 4 guests. The towels were old and mismatched and small. The pool is disgusting, I would not Even consider going in there. Breakfast room was dirty and dimly lit. It was way overpriced.

Staff were friendly, easy check in, accommodated request.
Old, looks dirty.

Not much. The room was large and location was nice. They did let us check in early w/out a fee since the room was already cleaned.
Indoor pool was advertised as heated…it’s not (felt like an ice bath). Shower was freezing cold as well. The room had a stove top but nothing to cook with. Beds were extremely old and unstable. Previous guests clothes were left under the bed and on top of shelves which seems like they didn’t clean the room fully.

Location was excellent for my needs. The staff was responsive to my my requests to fix problems.
I’ve never complained before but I was so discussed I can’t keep silent. Filthy, smelled horrible (smells like this give me migraines) TVs didn’t work(staff fixed), bathroom sink clogged so water wouldn’t even drain overnight (staff fixed), microwave filthy, landline phone was dirty so I didn’t want to touch it. Junk was stacked all over property. It cost $150/night to sleep in this filthy, smelly place. I’d have left but there were no rooms in the town due to several high school sports tournaments going on during my stay. I considered reporting this place to the health department.

I loved the overall size and layout of the room. Staff was friendly and understanding when I kept having to extend my reservation. Breakfast, although limited, was provided. Shower pressure was nice.
Had to kill cockroaches and drain flies multiple times every single day of our stay. The breakfast was very limited. Overall property could use some updating. Pool plaster was peeling and dead bugs made the pool look kinda gross in my opinion so we avoided it. Lastly, you can hear everything. Heard upstairs bed rocking and woke us up in the middle of the night, banging off walls and the connecting door, firecrackers, barbecues, kids crying and screaming.

Absolutely nothing
Place was dirty. No parking, REFUSED to refund money after we informed them that my husband is handicap and CANNOT walk upstairs to the 2nd floor. NO ELEVATORS.
NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
I am requesting that my money be refunded in Full or I will seek legal advice for discrimination to the disabled.

The size of the rooms and the swimming pool. I love the price value.
I liked everything about it.

decent size room
coronada should decide if it wants to be a monthly rental site or a traveler's inn. mixing the two degrades the traveller's{s experience

Location
Non smoking but numerous individuals smoked outside their doors which filtered into our room including marijuana. It was posted no smoking within 25 feet but was ignored. Linens were dingy with holes. Door lock did not work properly. Extremely rude neighbors that kept us awake all night. Had to call front desk 3 times. No hot water for showers. Left early in morning because of all night noise. Could not access ice for drinks because door was locked. Not a good experience. Possibly the worst place we have ever stayed. The only good part was location was good.

Good location.
Needs updating and better cleaning. Sticky spots on floor. Couch was falling apart.

I did not eat the breakfast. The location was in a sketchy area.
The room was dirty. The front desk lady was very rude. We did not have a kitchen. The living room did not have a TV. The furniture was old and didn’t match. The room was a nonsmoking room but people smoked outside the door until late at night.

The location was nice to see with the tall red mountains as a backdrop in the morning light.
It need some attention, the rooms and grounds are soiled, dusty, and malfunctioning or out of order.

The room was very big and nice and clean
We needed to check out late and wanted to pay for this hours. they charged us for almost a night more

They had a large refrigerator and freezer.
This is a one star motel. Everything is old. It was okay, not great, but we were able to sleep there.
3.0 / 5.0
It was clean - though furniture and building old - beds were comfortable -
we were stuck on the second floor in back corner - the concrete was stained and old - felt dark and dingy ; we did book last minute so im sure we got last choice - there was a baseball tournie in town and rooms filled up across town
we were getting a budget motel and did not want to pay double for another place - so we did not expect perfection - all in all it was worth the value and we felt safe -
The breakfast is just coffee and waffles - but better then nothing - the waffles were good :)
