Location

Front desk lady had a attitude, told me I had booked a one bed so had to switch rooms, curtains were broken, couldn’t get in 20 min early after a 4 hr drive..

The bathroom shower was dirty and the ice holder was really bad.

It was a great value & very clean. Our first time at a Radisson.

The complimentary drinks, bottled water & bedding.

The bath tub was slippery & I am concerned someone might slip & be hurt.

Clean. Comfy beds. Great location right off freeway. Pet friendly.

Fridge didn't work. Took quite awhile for A/C to actually cool the room. Shower door didn't stay closed.

Very clean. Good breakfast!

The air conditioning I set on 60° and it never did anything but blow hot air. Told them downstairs when we checked put. She said we could have changed rooms. But when we got back at 1200am ,we just wanted to go to bed.

So happy to find a pet friendly hotel that is actually a very nice place (not a dive). All the staff with whom we interacted were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Two free drink tickets with each night's stay, 10% off our dinner in their restaurant, and the food was good. Breakfast was an above average hotel buffet breakfast, and the gentleman manning the buffet could not have been nicer.

Breakfast was okay, not great but there were lots of choices.

Front desk person was same at checking and checkout. She was borderline rude, not greeting me in a friendly way and no “thank you” at checkout. In te hospitality industry a bit of good cheer s expected. She should be selling washing achines

We had an excellent stay with family. The hotel is in a nice location close to many places to eat.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and they restocked regularly. It has a very large area next to pool for relaxing and a very nice gameroom.

My door was hard to open, the hinge on room 162 needs to be fixed.

I waited about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. She apparently needed to eat. She was dressed in an extremely low-cut shirt that exposed A LOT of cleavage. I was not impressed and rather uncomfortable.

Served it’s purpose.

It was close to our son and being pet friendly.

Our room was dirty. Bathroom floor and door were dirty, items from previous guest in closet, lint and bugs in drawer and a dental glosser on floor from previous guest.

Good location, comfortable room, great restaurant, morning breakfast buffet was real good with good selection. Staff was very friendly.

The hot tub wasn't at the time we were using the pool area

The reasonable price for 4 nights. The staff was great and the restaurant inside is always good plus the bar within.

Nothing much. Quiet at night so able to get good sleep.
