Not much.
Just about everything. Perhaps this place was, perhaps, one day an interesting Inn, now, very rundown. The owner and the person running this place not too helpful or available. If it sounds like we were disappointed, we were.

Excellent breakfasts. Being surrounded by art was a plus. Visiting with Linda and other guests made my stay most pleasurable.

Linda is an excellent hostess - she has poured her heart and soul into this B&B.

Amazing!! Linda and Lydia were the sweetest and the inn is gorgeous!!! Our daughter had such a great time looking at all the art and they welcomed our dogs with open arms. Amazing, warm, friendly hosts. Also the breakfast is phenomenal! They made it for us to go and it was perfect!
Nothing! Perfect stay!

very good service and staff is wonderful. They made us a awesome breakfast sandwich with fresh fruit and beverages, got woken up by the smell of fresh coffee brewing. Lots to look at and appreciate from all the art.

Being able to stay in a true art gallery, for that is what it is, was a delight. I got to see some paintings and pottery work that I had only read about. The food was presented nicely, the coffee was great and it was well worth the price.
I can't say there is anything I didn't like about my visit.

it was quiet, felt upscale but affordable, and a comfortable place to stay for a night. Also appreciated it being so close to downtown.

Very interesting property to stay in. Room was large and uniquely furnished. Owner is very chatty, and has lots of stories to tell. Breakfast was lovely, and it was lovely to be woken up by the smell of coffee wafting up from downstairs!
Some things were a bit dated, but everything worked well.

We left before breakfast but the owner ensured we had coffee and muffins available. Loved the decor. It’s an art gallery too! The owner is lovely and quite the storyteller. We could have talked with her all night.
Wish we could have stayed longer

B &B with large room and private bath and cooking area. Only planned one night but could see it as a destination. Not enough time to appreciate the art, the people. etc.
A little confusing to find. One loud train but then again they're everywhere.

Elllegant stay in painting gallery style. Great breakfast and very helpful host with dinner. Spotless clean & antique furniture.
Little outdated (but all clean)

Charming inn! The owner’s we so friendly. The room was large and comfortable. There was even a small kitchen!
The breakfast was very nice. Better than others we’ve had on our travels.
Lives the stay and will be back when we are in Las Cruses.
Bedding was a bit old but the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful resident and lovely host.

What a fun experience. We were greeted by the owner right away, Linda. She and her husband lived in this beautiful home and when he passed she opened it up to guests. It's full of art everywhere you look. You feel very at home here right away. It has a beautiful back yard for sitting in the evening. In the morning you get a full sit down breakfast with all the guests. Everyone is so very friendly. Linda was just lovely, her stories were amazing, as was her home. Very eclectic. I'd definitely stay here again.
It's an older home, some things in need of repair but it felt just like home.

Interior of the hotel is like a museum.
Also the host is very nice woman full of energy.
