Room size, staff, breakfast was great
First night was loud, sounded like they where working on something the whole night. Noise stopped around 6 morning. We stayed for couple nights, they did not clean our room the next day. Had to go ask the front desk for towels toilet paper

Every time we stay, the rooms are always nice and clean. Right next to the freeway. We love staying there.
The pool was closed even though the sign said it would be open on the second day of our visit. There was a lot of police activity in the area and some shady looking characters outside.

Location was great right off the freeway our breakfast was good
It all good I even left something behind I came back and they found it right away and returned it

Good location. Friendly staff.
The room was very cold (I don't think the termostat works). The shower did not have hot water. They are in the middle of a remodel. I was notified about that after a booked, but I did not know BEFORE booking.

Very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.
Stains on the carpet and love seat. Shower held on by duct tape.

Same breakfast as always. OK, but nothing to shout about.
/sane room as I stayed in last year. The lighting was much better.. Thank you.
Same room as I had last year. But it wasn't in as nice a condition. Starting to look a bit shabby Paint. A few places where floor trim is in not great shape.

Great helpful and patient staff! Best Breakfast!!

I liked the location of it being so close to 99. Also the AC worked great.
The room smelled like soggy dog. When trying to shower the water was cold. Ran the water for 20 min and it never got warm. Had to take a cold shower. The carpet felt moist.

Elevator and bed ok.
Pillows hard and lumpy. Hard to operate tv.
Morning breakfast very poor.

Room was nice, it was roomy, they were clean and it was right off the freeway.
Only problem we had was the card keys, they were not opening the doors.

We have stayed at this CS several times before the pandemic and found to be a very nice place to stay. This our first stay after the pandemic felt it was not as well maintained and felt they cutting corners with the breakfast and staffing. The towels were small and they only provided two. When I asked for more they provided more. I thinks it’s time to start refresh some of rooms. There were several homeless camps outside the properties fence. It was a disappointment after a wonderful recent stay at the CS in Yakama WA.

Staff was overall very good. The issue we had was the lack of hot water. In three nights and seven showers, we had only two that had warm water. It was apparent that the hot water issues are no news to the staff. I asked for some recompense after two straight days of cold showers. Because we booked through a booking site, they said they weren’t paid by us, and could only offer points. I don’t use points. Corporate cop out for the comfort of their guests. I suppose the booking platform did not pay them for my stay. Hmmmm. In the room we were in with a walk in shower was in no way ADA compliant. The shower head had been replaced with something from a hardware store. My wife could not reach it as it was placed so high. In regards to ADA compliance, that is a clear violation. The water not being hot, while only a comfort issue for us is a potential issue for many with disabilities. The lack of hot water may affect some conditions with spastic issues or problems with levels of stimulation. Between those who shared the room , we have over 100 years total serving people with developmental and physical disabilities.
I was assured over and over this would be passed on to the higher ups. For ADA attorneys, room 117 at the Comfort Suites in Turlock on Tully. I suggested they work on the room immediately because of what I have outlined here. They indicated that this is an ongoing problem. I have to return to the same area next week, and in spite of the positives with the property and staff, I will not return.

Breakfast was not that good. Cheap utensils.
Had to run hot water for 10 minutes to get hot.

The food was the worst thing about this place . Eggs, hash browns and meat were cold we went down about 8:15 food was mostly gone.
Provide more fruit choices, bagels you had cream cheese so why not add a bagel.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Shower head, not great. But room was quiet, roomy, delightful. Breakfast was adequate, but not much variety. Coffee was good. No nondairy creamer, though.
Showerhead was not good, breakfast was ho-hum. No non dairy creamer, fruit was scarce. But, plenty of yogurt, toast, eggs, bacon and tater tots. Instant oatmeal and cold cereal. If that's all you want, you will be pleased.

Met the standards I expect from comfort suites. I always enjoy staying with them
