Size and location of room. Breakfast and service during breakfast were great.
The carpet and sofa in the room looked old and stained. Maybe they can be cleaned or replaced? Otherwise the bed was comfortable, and the wooden furniture were nice.

honestly nothing about the place we stayed. On the other hand, the weather was amazing.
we have stayed in hundreds of places over many years. we have never had anything like this happen. upon arrival the inns manger informed us someone is already in the room the we booked inadvance. They double booked it. The manger proceeded to blame me, then booking.com for there issue. From there it only got worse. I asked for my money back, they ended up putting us in a room, that was suppose to be an upgrade, it sounded like ac condenser on the other side of wall where we were sleeping was going to explode every couple mintues when it started as the lights dimmed also. we asked for a different room, they moved us a ten pm that night. the next room was a good size cute, expect for the over powering mildew and must. They in formed us the room would be ready the next day. we went go look at it at 4pm, they told us it would be ready to look at about 3pm. the room was cute, the personal whirlpool tub is up these narrow stairs the next floor above the bed. the grout in that room was overwhelming with black mold and a very old gross whirlpool tub. we decided to finished our stay in the mildew room. we bought several freeze products and opened the windows

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. It was wonderful having access to the pool. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Loved the breakfast!
We could not find directions on how to use the TV. Also, the bathroom was small and not enough space to hang towels or bathing suits. Small closet and limited hanging space.

The breakfast was very nice, however, to be charged extra for a glass of juice with breakfast was a bit disappointing.
There should have been some bottle water provided in our room at last for the first night. Also, we were on the 2nd floor and to have to go down a large flight of stairs and then another to the ice machine outside was ridiculous. The scooper to the ice machine was stained and it also looked like the ice machine itself needed to be cleaned. There should be an ice machine on each floor. Also, to not have internet service for the entire three days were were there was not good and a real disservice.

The Inn is absolutely charming old historic building filled with memories of days gone by. We live in an old 1876 Victorian home and so we’re used to things not being super shiny and new. Dana at reception is an absolute sweetheart. She ensured our stay was smooth from start to finish. We were in Cape Cod for the week of 4th July 2021 and had expected hot weather in the 80’s but were totally unprepared for the low temperatures in the 60’s with rain. She promptly brought me two lovely puff coats to choose from and I borrowed one for the extent of our visit. This kind of personal attention is why we loved our stay at Queen Anne so much. Not to mention the incredible breakfasts every day and the dinner from their wonderful restaurant rivals any in NYC. We were late getting back from our day trip to Nantucket and their restaurant was closing but Dana quickly organized a scrumptious meal be brought up and set out on our balcony with white cloth service, candles and the stars. My husband swam in Oyster Pond every morning and just loved it. The vacation was mainly for him to relax and unwind and we achieved that. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying at Queen Anne again.

The location was great, within walking distance of town and supermarket. The proprietor was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Definitely not enough help. I know with the pandemic that help has been very difficult to find, the proprietor even mentioned that she was using family and that someone had left recently. She was serving breakfast and needed to close the restaurant one night due to no staff. That being said; the inn was expensive and I couldn’t justify the amount paid. It is a historic building but I found it a little run down. And the internet was spotty.

We enjoyed everything. The Innkeeper was most accommodating and went out of her way to assist us in anyway possible. The staff was friendly and efficient. The gardens were beautiful and property well maintained. The meals (we had full breakfasts) was exceptional.
There were no dislikes other than having to leave.

Great location!!! Easy walk to downtown. Terrific service. Had breakfast and dinner there…food was A+ . Especially the dinner. My wife and I are foodies and we would rate theirs among our unexpected favorites.
Room was very clean but a bit dated.

The people!! Wonderful, friendly staff made us feel at home. Very comfortable. Breakfast options were exceptional. Ideal location to walk everywhere and easy to drive anywhere in the cape. Relaxing vacation! Thanks to Dana and everyone.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Made us feel very welcomed and provided ideas/suggestions on places to visit during the day, restaurants to try and also took the time to show us on the map how to get to all locations.
Upgrade needed on TVs for the few hours we were in the room each night; not HD and very small - difficult to see as the small TV was inside of an armoire. Also, hot tub was not working and we were told all hot tubs needed to be replaced, but it was included in the room description.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great!
The bathrooms and TVs are dated. Overall, the room could have been cleaner.

Excellent location. Down a quiet street, but close walk to main street with all the shops. Staff was very friendly. We came with our almost 2 year old and they surprised us spare baby blankets and towels in our room upon check in. Love that breakfast is included. Room was large, beautiful and comfy. Will definitely be back!
2.5 / 5.0
The location
The decor, the old mattress, the poor plumbing, the broken windows and patio slider.
