I love the location and the hotel as a whole
I did not like the fact that the computer system was down and the wait to check in was close to 2 hours! even after check in, we had to wait for a clean room. I don't eat breakfast but my husband ALWAYS has the breakfast. He said it was horrible! (it takes a lot for him to complain about food. There should also be a better way of letting customers know that there is now a parking fee of $10

I didn't have any.
Everything was exceptionally good.

The hotel was nice front desk staff, the room, the reception hour, and the breakfast was amazing. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I also loved my view of the hotel from my floor. I requested a high floor and that is what I got. I enjoyed my stay would stay there again if I happen to be in the area.
Only thing I didn't like was finding out that I had to pay for parking. That was an unexpected expense.

I’d like the idea that it was right across the street from the Colosseum had to go to a comedy show
I did not like the idea that you had to pay to park at the hotel. I did not like the way the front staff was very nasty checking you in. I also didn’t like the idea that it wasn’t waffles just omelette I love going to the embassy suites for breakfast, but this one was nasty, so was the staff the bed was very uncomfortable … it was very different from all the other embassy suites I went to.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for two people. Very close proximately to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.
Bathroom shower didn't work properly, causing the tub to fill up with water while trying to take a shower. Heard loud ongoing noise like some type of machine at night while trying to sleep. Could use some more premium channels to the tv menu. Only had one - Showtime. Also, didn't offer complimentary internet. Only available to Honors guest. Should be available to all guests.

being disturbed before 12pm with a 2pm checkout. im glad we locked our door because i was just getting out the shower and my husband was getting dressed. also i didnt like so much that our pillows didnt have pillow protectors. we had booked a king room and ended up with a queen room also when asked if we could have two more cups they reminded us we already had two. i felt we could have been given two more

Very clean and perfect suites. The evening welcome snacks and drink is a wonderful addition.

Nice property which sits back from the very busy Mercury Blvd and close to anything you need.
The phone was sticky and missing buttons. The cover around the ice bucket was coming off. There was one trash can in the entire room.
The breakfast was good for the most part. The gentleman cooking on our first morning seemed to be in a mood from something that happened in the back, and we all heard about it while waiting for omelets. Pancakes on the steam table were solid (like rocks). If the bottom of the pan were line with bread before adding the pancakes, the moisture would not be drawn out of the pancakes, and there would be less waist.
Coffee in the room and at breakfast was awful and no hot chocolate for the non-coffee crowd.
There was no printed information about the property and the surrounding area. There was no menu for room service unless you went to the atrium.
Two lamps on either side of the couch. One could no be plugged in because there was no outlet there and the other would not stay plugged in.
The biggest issue was the bed being so low to the ground. It was an accessible room which would make it difficult to transfer to a wheelchair.

Spacious and comfortable room
Would not accept my payment through Klarna. They wanted a physical card to swipe. If I would known that in advance I would not have booked an extra night. I had no problems using Klarna on VRBO.

Embassy breakfast is main reason that i enjoy staying there.
Bathroom was updated but no towel racks only 2 hooks. Tub area appears to be leaking, signs of mold.

The property was in excellent condition. There was huge groups of swimmers for a meet. Place was kept clean, stocked, and friendly staff.
Hilton website is terrible. Charging $75 extra dollars than booking with any other site.
