Superb
We showed up a little early, but our room was ready so we were able to check in early. Melissa at the front desk was really nice and she also had great recommendations about restaurants for dinner. The breakfast is great as well, lots of variety from savory to sweet. We didn't have time to try the indoor pool or the hot tub but next time we come in the area I won't forget my swim suit. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. I'd stay there in a heartbeat.

Unspeakable. Disgusting. Run down.
I wish I could say something good about this place.
At first, please do not, under any circumstances, stay in this hotel. It is infested with mice! I have never experienced anything like it before. The mouse (maybe a few!) kept me and family up all night. I called the front desk at 3am about the issue, and was told that there were no rooms available for my family to move in, and that they will discount our room 20% which is $30.24…lol… It’s insulting and bizarre! It’s laughable! This hotel is a DUMP! If you care for your health (rodents, nasty coffee station in the lobby - you may need a tetanus shot!) peace and comfort, and your own home (because there is a possibility that you will bring the mouse with you back into your house!) - do not stay in this hotel. Next, the hotel employees are extremely unfriendly (except one staff member, Melissa), especially ladies serving breakfast - just plain inhospitable. The complimentary coffee station is absolutely disgusting most of the time (Melissa’s the only one who keeps it clean whenever she is on duty). The whole experience was completely opposite (from 1 to 10, it’s negative 10) to what’s normal hotel stay should be. Please see images of the mouse droppings after it had a “chips feast”. It also urinated on coffee machine that “unforgettable night”🤢🤮. By the way, when I showed these pictures to the front desk ladies (Marianne and Diana), they said that I “shouldn’t leave the food out (!!!) because rodents will eat it, and they have nowhere else to go”… Is this a joke??? Your rodents are a health hazard!! I won’t be able to un-hear and unsee this “wonderful” experience for a while.

Value for money
The Front Desk personnel upon arrival and throughout our stay ( Melissa Hayne) was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very good with good choices.
Carpet on the bedroom floors. The building looked aged and could use some cosmetic improvement.
