I’d return.

Room was clean, comfy and staff was very pleasant!

The connecting door required us to remind our neighbors to be quiet during late hours.

Exactly as expected for the price! Great stay!

Check in was easy, people were nice, bed was comfy, room was clean

Facilities were dates; there were a lot of smokers nearby the rooms

Close and Convenient to everything. Everyone was friendly.

Bathroom toilet came up to my shin. Just a lill too tiny for me.

The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant. He recommended good places to eat. The beds were comfortable. The room was not expensive.

It needed to be painted, but, given the cost, it was no big deal.

This hotel is a good value. I had a comfortable, clean room - good bed, good TV, mini fridge, shower/tub combo. The hosts/owners are pleasant and have a cute little dog. Convenient location near beaches and shopping.

Really, everything was fine. It is not an expensive hotel. For the price, it is a good place to stay.

Clean. Bed comfortable.

Very shoddy construction.Sorry, I come from a carpenter family, was hard to see. The carpet and bathroom floor looked new, but it was like putting lipstick on a pig :)

A decent place to stay if you want to explore Cape Cod!

Nice location, close to many places.

Rooms are pretty small, no space to open suitcases properly.

Comfortable and convenient

We liked the location and facilities near the Lodge including restaurants and O'Shea's pub.

We would have preferred the ability to boil water to make our own coffee in the room rather than having to walk to reception for hot water.

Cheap hotel that offers the basics.

The locations is good. David was helpful. It was quiet.

The mattress was old and soaked. The towels were old. The room had a smell probably because of the carpet.
